Luxy List Goes Above and Beyond!
A fan ordered very expensive jewelry for me via Luxy List, and the jewelry company kept canceling the sale. The lovely people at Luxy List went above and beyond for me, and they placed the order in store. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, and the jewelry was delivered flawlessly! 10/10 recommend, I will continue to use them.

I would suggest staying away. An attempt to order an item off a friend's list went array in many ways and it was all on LuxyList's side. The item ordered wasn't available (after sending a confirmation notice) so instead of offering the chance to choose something else, they kept the money saying they would give credit (in the amount of the item, I eat the shipping costs for something they didn't send) to the person I was ordering for. Due to the fact I received a confirmation email followed by 'sorry we don't have it' email (within a few short hours ) I threatened to fine a complaint to credit card company. When I did they cancelled a second order (one that could be completed) and said they took steps to not allow me to do business with them. The unavailable item remained on their website for several days after this issue. Humm why is that? I think the reply from this company explains how they are. "I became aggressive" They are telling you I am a bad person. Their cancelling the second order demonstrates that I had faith in their company and they didn't want to run the risk of not having another item. This is all on them 100%. I made a purchase and they couldn't fulfill it so I made second purchase and asked for credit for the first purchase and they refused to do so. Fact of the matter is they couldn't complete the transaction (after saying it was completed) and having a "we're keeping your money" policy is there because the probability of them not being able to complete any transaction is high. You are taking a risk. Stay away from them.

Sent two gifts to someone and I was unable to view the thank you videos that were sent to me from the person receiving the gifts.
The website has technical issues with the customer support admits, and provides no way to retrieve the videos.
I would not recommend using this site for sending gifts to someone

Just wanted to give a shout out to the LuxyList Gift Support Squad. Recently encountered an issue with one of their vendors unable to complete an order. I corresponded with 3 different service reps over a weekend without having to recreate the wheel each time. The issue was resolved efficiently and satisfactorily. MOST importantly, the gift recipient was happy with result! Thx all!

The excellent aspect of LuxyList is their Gift Support Squad...they anticipate problems and follow through speedily to a resolution. As with all agent/expeditors there are product issues, delivery obstacles and assorted gaffes, often located on the periphery of their purview. On each shipment that complications have occurred (2 out of 3 orders) the outcome has been resolved successfully. The skillful communications of the Gift Support Squad is the lynchpin of their customer support. Very pleased with their attentiveness....

I absolutely adore this website. They’ve been nothing but helpful and the fact that it’s the most discrete out there for wish list? I love that they have an automatic link set up so you don’t have to manually type everything if you don’t want to. The privacy level is unmatched and they definitely care about their creators :)

The purchase went through ok. Quite a bit of time has passed and still no shipping notifications; although the cash has been collected.

I was skeptical about using Luxylist as I had privacy issues with other gifting platforms before. However, not only did Luxylist protect my contact information as promised, they also had an amazing concierge service that assisted me with getting my wish list started. I was able to easily populate my list with links from my favorite luxury brands and it is good to know I can get privacy, luxury and quality service all in one go.
