Chinese scam site

When I ordered, they had Sevilla in their name, and claimed their shop in Seville was closed because of moving. They have taken this off their website since. I ordered a lino/algodón dress, supposedly sent from Spain. 100% polyester arrived from China after 10 days. Flimsy and cheap. They want me to pay for the return. Offered I can keep the dress, and get a 40% discount on a new one. Insane. They refuse to send me a prepaid return label. The phone number they give you on website is fake. They claim to be in Holland. Rubbish. Do not buy anything. Typical Chinese lies. It'll be a fight to get my money back. Will report them to Paypal
