Attentive on sales,but as a letting agent service is lackadaisical. Slow to respond to questions and statements provided are not detailed. Would not recommend their service.

These guys are highly professional! I've tried many local agents over recent years but what makes Lv stand out from the rest is their personal service and attention to detail! They genuinely took the time to understand my tenancy requirements and budget constraints and within a matter of days introduced me to the perfect home! Shaun kept me highly informed every step of the way until I moved in and with great respect and courtesy. Would highly recommend them. 5 star agency for sure!

The general consensus over Estate Agents, and particularly in regard to Letting, isn't a very positive one. However, Josh, the estate agent at LV who helped me find my current gorgeous flat, was ever so friendly, helpful, and generous with his time. Unlike most, LV don't seem money-driven; they care about their customers, and the flats that they offer. After having awful experiences with estate agents and agencies, it was a pleasant surprise to find people who genuinely cared about my happiness. They are quick and professional, but equally hard working in both their work ethics, and their customer care. Thank you for everything.

LV Property are the best I have dealt with in Birmingham. Very friendly and reliable from start to finish (including follow up) highly reccomended!

We've recently moved our property from another agent to be managed by LV, and the service we've received from Ellen and the team has been first class. From the very first meeting, they have been extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional. They don’t fix anything or solve maintenance issues. They will keep your money and you don’t get anything back in return. You pay loads for the admin fees and you don't get any service back!

Unprofessional and disorganized, they will do anything to not help you and not solve any issues you have. You will need to ring them a couple of times a week every week to ever get anything sorted.

We were delighted with the service provided by LV PROPERTY - they sold our flat very promptly. Joshua was quick to deal with any issues that arose and kept us updated throughout the process. We would definitely use them again. Thank you

Highly recommend this company, they helped me sell my property within 4 weeks and with minimum hassle. Highly professional and very friendly, even the after service has been great. I would most certainly use these guys again in the future. Special thanks to Shaun who was available on he’s mobile even out of office hours.

Dealt with Josh who from the start of the sale right through to the end was brilliant. Extremely helpful and always easy to contact. On the rare occasions he was unavailable the other office staff were more than happy to help and also very helpful. Would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property.

Wow, what a team! They say effort doesn't pay the bills results do and these guys really do deliver results. 4 properties needed to dispose of quickly, spoke to Jas he had sold 2 by the end of the week at my desired valuation while the other 2 tool 3 weeks. Communication was on point with updates every few days. Couldnt ask for a better agent. Would I recommend, yes! Would I use again, hell yea!

Agreed a fee for a letting and paid it. Then agreed the same fee for a second letting but they didn't tell me they had started to charge VAT in the meantime. So they held on to 20% that wasn't agreed. Took quite a bit of "backwards and forwards" to get it back but eventually did.

My boyfriend and I were having a very stressful morning looking for properties when we walked past LV. Shaun couldn't do enough to help us, running all over the place trying to find us a property to suit us at a good price. We are delighted that after worrying for a week about failed viewings after only 30mins with LV we had found a fantastic property way above our expectations within our budget. We cannot wait to move in in a few days and cannot thank LV enough for turning our house hunt nightmare into a dream come true.

We currently are letting one property in Birmingham through LV Property and have another one in the process of being let out. We have been dealing with them for approximately one year and had an excellent experience so far.

They found us an excellent tenant for our first property and are currently looking for one for our second property. They are always very professional and efficient both with us as landlords as well as with the tenants.

Over the last year I have been dealing with LV, they have always been very efficient and fast in replying to calls or emails (including often on weekends or in the evening), flexible in terms of accommodating for bespoke requests and usually try to go the extra mile to help their clients.

Would definitely recommend, especially Shaun in the Account Management team, he is a star!!
