I called LV today to discuss putting my property on the market, I was passed through to Aimee by Stacey who was professional, full of knowledge on the city market at the moment and also very witty! She knew the block, the specific apartment and the area which filled me with hope as my previous agent knew little to none. I will definitely be proceeding with LV property as I have not received such personable service elsewhere, it has been a breath of fresh air to deal with an agency who knows their surroundings, thank you again.

Can not thank LV Property enough, especially Aimee, buying my first property was so easy and straightforward. Aimee was so professional and guided me through every step. Once I got my property I popped in to LV and received a lovey bunch of flowers, it should of been me buying Aimee the flowers. Really can't thank LV and Aimee enough I'm property is a dream. My experience at LV property went so well, I really am thankful for all the work sophie and Aimee have put into getting me a smooth completion and kept the communication up the whole way through the process, I would really recommend them in the future.

Not a good experience with LV Property agents. I was interested in a property and booked a viewing with one of the agents and next day got an email from another agent saying that there is no availability for a viewing in that week to which I told her that I already got an appointment confirmation email. She then gave me reason and made me postpone the viewing for next week, (confirmed in the email) and when the day comes I called them to get the instructions to reach the property only to be told by the first agent (who picked the call) that no appointment was booked in our name. I have whole chain of emails from them for two-three weeks regarding this. And on the appointment day we were just 10-15 minutes away from the property and we travelled from a different city. This is highly unprofessional on their part. I don’t know why both their agents were not communicating amongst themselves and were not aware of each other’s appointment if they both were dealing with the same property. Such a waste of time and energy. I dropped the idea of going ahead with them and that property. If they are not organised in managing viewings, I do not trust them with my energy and time in the more rigorous processes involved at the later stages of purchase.

Worked with Aimee on a recent Conveyancing transaction, I am a Conveyancer acting for the Sellers and the Buyers Solicitors were very tricky. Working together me and Aimee eventually managed to get the matter smoothly through to completion despite having a lot of set backs. It was great to work with an Agent that is great at communication and have respect for each other throughout the transaction.

I felt so comfortable viewing a property to rent with LV Property I had a lovely lady call Stacey showing me around the property and talking me through my options when it comes to renting and viewing properties with LV!

I have recently sold my property with LV property and can now vouch for the rest of the reviews that they really are brilliant. Not only did they know where my property was without me giving the full address, they were able to tell me things about my property that I didn’t know! Thanks to Sophie who did our Valuation, who may I add, is extremely clued up on the area. No sale is smooth I can also vouch for that when I purchased the property, but to no surprise LV went above and beyond to ensure the sale didn’t fall through. Aimee in particular, who kept my spirits high and kept the buyer keen, was brilliant in pushing the sale to completion so quickly. Jas was great with accepting our offer and ensuring we got the price we not only needed, but had aimed to achieve! LV really are an award winning agency and it shows in their approach, communication, and overall energy through a really tough time for the housing market. Thanks to everyone.

I’ve been a landlord with LV for a few years now and can honestly say I’ve had a great experience. After having my fingers burnt a few times before with other lettings agents it’s been a really great change to not have to worry about my property, even during Covid Stacey and Arv have really put my mind at ease with maintenance and have sourced me 2 really great tenants, highly recommend!

Selling with LV Property was a great experience, from the valuation with Sophie, to coming to market was very efficient and smooth, the communication from the beginning to the feedback each week really helped us to understand the market and the interest come through, we then had a great offer which Jas negotiated to above the asking price and I can’t thank Aimee enough for helping us get to completion within 2 months
