Excellent service
We have previously booked through another travel provider, so I was slightly reluctant to try another travel agency. Shalini was absolutely fantastic from the beginning. Not only did she find us the best rate, her service and customer care has exceeded my expectations.
After we booked we were then referred to their concierge service and was put in touch with Reece. He has been exceptionally helpful with booking our seats and ensuring that our holiday is well planned before our arrival.

A faultless Travel Agent and a delightful way to book a holiday in a location we have not visited hitherto.
From my first conversation with Shalini of LCW I have been struck by her knowledge of the country, Crete, the details of how the specific hotel functions, the background of the various aspects to consider from leaving home to return at the end. Particularly, however, she quickly grasped our prerequisites, likes, dislikes and did not try to push any aspect of the total package: all in a charming and professional manner
Compared with the numerous agents I have dealt with over many years, the easy with which we have been able to book exactly what we want swiftly this time, and at a very attractive total price, makes me wish we had used this company before.
The sad thing is we have to wait until next year to enjoy what we have now booked!
I strongly recommend this company, as experienced through dealing with Shalini.
