I have used LWC to help me with destinations and bookings for various trips and they have always been really helpful and sort out all the paperwork as required. They take the hassle away when trying to book holidays etc. I use them all the time.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Elegant Golf Resorts staff especially Brogan and Nadine, however such a shame that the same couldn’t be said about the staff manning your Corporate office on Saturday 27th April.
I had some concerns about the answer phone system in the Glasgow office and as I was about to transfer considerable funds into an unknown account , I wanted some reassurance that everything was bona fide so I decided to ring the only number I could find listed on line, I received no help whatsoever and the attitude of one particular female left a lot to be desired and in fact left me somewhat angry.
I had rather an anxious weekend worrying about the cash I had transferred (I normally use my credit card with the added security) but all was resolved when this morning I received a receipt from the very helpful and efficient Nadine . Again I repeat what a pity about the “Corporate” staff .

We have booked many holidays with Chamila at LWC. She is an excellent travel advisor, understanding of our needs and able to deliver the holiday we want at the right price. Would highly recommend Chamila and LWC for all your luxury holiday needs.

Chamila was fantastic at helping us orgaise exactly what we wanted, She was patient and very porefessional throughout. I have used LWC a few times and they have constantly delivered the best deals and service....well done!

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish.

The transfers and guides were always waiting to welcome us at each location and were all very friendly and helpful.

Even when our flight from Hanoi to Saigon got changed last minute our guide was still there to meet us off our earlier flight we were put on at the last minute.

The guided tours were perfect in both Hanoi and Saigon.

We particularly enjoyed our tour to the tunnels in Saigon.

Our guide Trang was lovely and so informative.

She also gave us some advice and tips on where else to visit as we loved Vietnam so much we would like to return and incorporate Laos and Cambodia next time.

Our wonderful trip to Halong Bay on the private Valentine Cruise will be one of our ever lasting memories.

What an amazing experience that was!

Our host Rose and her team were all lovely and we particularly enjoyed our trip to the surprise cave.

The boat was beautiful and the food was just delicious.

And of course our stays in the Fusion suites in Saigon and Fusion Resort on Phu Quoc were fantastic.

The foot massages and body massages were a lovely treat after walking around Saigon taking in all the sights.

The location of the city hotel was great and the hotel rooms and facilities were second to none.

We would most definitely stay there again should we visit Vietnam again and pass through Saigon.

The Fusion beach resort was also outstanding.

The two spa treatments per day were the highlight of our stay there.

We felt so relaxed and rested after our stay there and the whole resort was so peaceful and immaculately presented.

We also would most definitely look to stay at another Fusion resort in the future and would highly recommend to our family and friends.

Our holiday was amazing and we were sad we had to leave but we can start looking forward to saving for our next holiday now.

It made the time inbetween flights much more pleasant for us.
