Bought an esim online for a trip to Switzerland. Payment went through but had to follow up on the activation email. This came through but it was for activating a standard sim which required information not provided with an esim. Requested a refund which came through. Support was responsive but the product just did not work.

I had some issues with my sim and the customer service was able to resolve it, even though it took me couple of calls but the guy named "Jers" was extraordinary helpful. He went extramile to fix my issue. To other customers of Lyca: try to reach to him and I am pretty sure he will be able to resolve your problem!

Here we are again, still no satisfactory solution. Back on April 23rd I was billed some 25 CHF yet there was no internet usage. Every time I complained they said they were sorry and would look into my case. But then nothing happens.
I guess I need to accept that Lyca will not reimburse the costs.
So please Lyca, do not write back that you are sorry and that you will look into my case, because every time you said you would nothing happened.
A most disappointing experience with this company.

Lyca connection is really bad. Will never suggest this connection to anyone else. Very very poor app. Data Auto Renewal will get turned on by itself. Even if we request for turn off, that doesn't happen and every month the data will be renewed. I requested for auto renewal off in the month of October and the data pack got renewed again in the month on November. Totally annoyed with the service and app.

CHANGING MY RECENT REVIEW
After having given Lycamobile.ch a five star review (reference # 103815539) because I was told by the nice representative Lyn that the case was resolved and the credit was issued by into my Swiss Lycamobile account and now one week later the credit was still not issued and when I called back I spoke to two of the "worst ever" representatives who were very very rude.
And now Lycamobile is telling me that the credit cannot be issued after telling me a week ago that it was done.
At this point I am changing my review to a one star rating since I cannot give them a "MINUS STAR"
