Not even shipped

After almost one week, the sim I paid for has not even been shipped by the courier (Evri). Please choose better ones, I cannot wait that long, the sim will be useless when and if it arrives.

EDIT: "to know the SIM delivery status.": I already have a tracking number, I don't need you to tell me the delivery status. It's stuck on "we've got it", which means Evri hasn't shipped it for six days, now.

Bad bad bad and bad

I have 5 sim of lycamobile italy, got blocked due exceed usage.
Web Assistance can't help you
Sent email to CS lycamobile.it never got answer in 1 month.

Totally bad mobile carrier.

6 days after my feedback they answered me, telling to send Info to their Trustpilot Custom care Email.

I sent it and by 2 weeks my sims are still disabled and they still didn't view my email.

Fail as company and worst Custom care.

sim card roaming problem

I was having a problem with my sim card which I bought in Rome with the Lyca Globe Power package. On arrival in Spain, the sim card couldn't connect to any of the local networks for roaming service.
I decided to contact the customer service and Titus with employee ID 38592 guided me patiently through the manual configuration of my phone to connect to a network. Now my phone is working well, I can make calls and browse the internet with my data. Thank you Titus.
