Wasted too much energy trying to return poorly made dress to a bogus address.
May they all rot in hell whilst wearing their cheap polyester clothing

Fraud! They send lowest quality totally overprized. In incorrect package. Article is damaged! Sending back is impossible . They want me to send it to china with costs of about 50 dollars.
Never never ever again

Please do not order from Rosie London it’s a scam everything is fake and they are scammers

Material was not cotton as advertised. Wasted even more money posting back to China. Have never heard back from them despite multiple emails.

Scam!

The garment I purchased was not suitable for my needs. I contacted the company very quickly to advise the garment would be being returned and requesting the return address. Almost 2 months have passed and I still have had no response to my emails

Awful company. DO NOT BUY. Purchased 2 dresses. Quality was awful and sizes wrong. Followed lengthy and expensive returns procedure and despite multiple emails, they have stopped corresponding. I am livid

I didn't receive a confirmation of the order, after chasing the dresses turned up, and the quality, materia, and cut, was not reflective of those on the website. When getting in touch I was advised that I could return but cover the cost to China (which contradicts the 'locally made' image on their website). When I politely pointed out, through two emails and over weeks, that UK law states that they need to cover this cost as items were not fit for purpose they stopped replying. I'm still waiting for them to respond and have advised them that I'll escalate externally if I don't receive a response.

The dresses took ages to arrive, and were from China. Poor quality material and design. One was not the same as the one I ordered. The other didn't fit and certainly didn't hide my tummy as the advert showed. No return details in the parcel. Eventually sent information on a return address and agreed on full refund on receipt of the parcel. Paid to send them back tracked and they got stuck in customs. PayPal refused a refund as I could not show the dresses had been returned to sender. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Never ever order from this company. SCAM NEVER EVER order from this company.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality of garment is very poor and my order was incorrect. Overpriced and poor quality. The company is based in China. A total rip-off!!!!!

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY , THEY ARE NOT UK as they seem BUT CHINA. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the dress which was badly made looked cheap , the fabric was of very poor standard. Size was not right the sleeves were tight even though I ordered two sizes up as I wanted it to be loose. Expensive mistake ! as it would cost more to send back so refund and guarantee on website is worthless

I would put no stars. Misleading advertising, extremely poor quality and I am still waiting for my refund

Just a bad experience overall, terrible quality, over priced for the quality, followed the size chart? Why, the measurements are not the same. Dress didnt even look like the picture. Address they provided for me to return doesn't exist, post office couldn't even manually put it in the system. I will just stick with Canadian Stores I am familiar with. ,,,😡

If could do minus I would . Ordered two dresses not knowing it’s from china certainly not how the portrayed themselves . Quality was possible worst I’ve seen . Contacted them return to china (£20) jumped through all hoops it was there then not ,then refund on way then not , more lies than I can count , more emails than I can remember, but it became the principle . My bank was going to do charge back but refund now in my account . I’m £20 out off pocket but it’s the principle . Guess they will change there name soon . Avoid at all cost clothes nothing like pictures

Do not go near them. I thought this was a local company, but it's a cover for a Chinese mass-producing fast fashion business, and the quality is dreadful. Clothes were very poor quality fabric and not as they appear on the website. I am trying to return items now but they say they are not accepting returns, and offered me 20% of the cost.

I wish there were an option for zero stars. They sent me the wrong item--twice! And then only offered a 20% refund. It feels like I've been stolen from.

I've learned my lesson to never order anything online anymore unless it's from a store I'm familiar with.

This shop is a scam ! Website is full of lies. Claims that dresses are hand stitched in the U.K. They are NOT !
They are cheaply made items from China that are only fit for the bin . Lies , lies and lies! DO NOT buy anything from this company . Items are shipped from China and you only find this out too late once you have paid and get a tracking number . They insist you pay for return even though the items are rubbish and not as described. I refused this and had to fight to get a refund as I would not back down and pay for return. After much fighting they backed down and refunded money without returning dresses. The dresses have been thrown away as not fit for purpose . Please avoid this shop and read all the comments on their Facebook page about people’s bad experiences with this company. I wish I had read them before I ordered. This company should be closed down as blatantly a scam and run by very dishonest people just out to rip people off !!!!!!

Bad quality clothing, horrible customer service! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They will make you return it to China, and quotes for shipping there are between $85 and $300!! Clothes feel like napkins.

It's a scam dont fall for it. Tiny clothing which is nowhere near the measurements it says and then they offer you 20% of the refund price

This is a scam. The website is designed to look like a UK company, growing from a ladies homegrown project. Talks about track&trace. How this 'Lyla' will check each product once it's handmade! I normally do my research, sadly this time I did not. I was drawn in by the website. You will not get a UK track and trace, these items take forever and are made/shipped from china. I cannot comment on the quality as mine never arrived. Please do not use this site. But if you already have - reply to the tracking email. Tell them you want a refund. Keep replying and threaten to take the matter further. Grind them down, refuse all the 'discounts and vouchers' they offer you. Stand your ground, threaten legal action and you might get a refund.

I have emailed 3 times asking for a return due to incorrect size and no response received. Very disappointed. The website does not have an address to return goods but the website says to email but no response received. I am now stuck with a dress I can’t wear. Louise Andrea
