I’ve had a very unsatisfying experience. Beware of the only 14 days return policy that requires you to pay shipping costs to China. Plus, the sizing of the garments was inaccurate, so unless ordering a size or two up, your selection won’t fit, and then you’re scammed. Do not purchase from this seller.

Sent me a dress not remotely like what I ordered and expected me to spend the money to return it to CHINA. It's a total scam.

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered a dress at £48. Supposedly shipped from China though this is not where it says in the promotional blurb. No dress has arrived. I think I can safely say I have been scammed.

Terrible quality, poor fit, will only refund if you return the goods to China! Avoid this company.

I made a purchase. It has been 2 months and the tracker is saying that it is still in LA, California since early May, 2025. They said they can't refund my money and I also haven't receive my purchase!! Now what do I do? At this point, I would say don't waste your money.

Avoid at all costs. I was expecting 3 linen dresses, instead I received 3 polyester and elastane dresses, way too small and nothing like those I thought I had ordered.

Fully concur with other reviewers. Awful company, awful products. I tried to cancel my order less than 2 hours after ordering. On their website it says you can cancel within 12 hours. They ignored me and sent the items anyway. They're poor quality, badly made, look nothing like the photos in the advertising and are several sizes too small. I'm just waiting for 15 days to pass so I can ask my bank to charge it back. AVOID.

The dress I ordered took weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived it was very poor quality, it was supposed to be cotton but was a nasty shiny polyester. No way would have fit, it was 2ft too long.
Tried to return but they kept sending emails offering a partial refund. Apalling.

I truly think this is a scam company.

As many others have said, their sizing advertised on their website is vastly different to what will arrive. The dresses I ordered are maybe 3 or 4 sizes smaller than advertised.

They will not offer a refund unless you pay for shipping and customs back to China. The auto generated messages seem friendly, but I think they're AI written, and don't acknowledge that their information is incorrect.

I normally check reviews of companies before I order from them, and I'm frustrated I didn't this time! Also, now I look more carefully at the images they use to market the product, they're all AI generated.

I'd really avoid this company.

Pity I have to give 1*.....I would have given 0* if possible.
Cheap tat from China and which bears no resemblance to the clothes advertised.
I feel well and truly conned....and will now try and recover my money through my credit card company!

The dress I ordered was not as advertised (handstitched) and was made of low quality fabric. The size (2xL) was way too small and would have passed for a medium in US. I’ve tried to return the item but the response twice has been thst they will provide a percentage off the price paid for the unwanted dress and 50 percent off the cost of another dress. I advised that I do not want a dress and want to return the dress for a full refund. Still no instructions on where to send the dress.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The 'tummy covering' dresses are a joke. They are sized for a petite woman and not large size as advertised. They come from China and take way longer than also stated. And after ordering four dresses - only received one of them and then i received an email stating "your order has been delivered"! Charging back this purchase with my credit card company!!

Awful quality. One item did not arrive. Returns / refunds policy is outrageous. Online shoppers be very careful- total waste of money. They haven’t even refunded for the item that never arrived.

The fabric is thin and feels like cheap pajamas and the sizing is way off. I bought dresses that were advertised for plus size and what I bought was inconsistent and honestly, the style wasn't cute.

On top of it all, the marketing I got was a cute lady named Lyla who was making dresses, but the dresses were actually shipped from China. Had I known that, I would not have ordered at all.

The description sounds wonderful, but the dress I received is so flimsy and see through that I can't even wear it. I also thought I was buying from an Australian company, but it came from China.

The dress I ordered was not the dress I received.the sizes are small and it came with 4 criss crosses that didn't even fit a cross my chest.Do not order from this company it's says handmade but comes with a tag from china disappointed I paid $84 for a piece of shit so called dress b for my sons wedding

I guess I fell for it. I now believe the images are AI generated. The clothes are not as shown. The fabric is cheap and thin and the items are not wearable. Returns are a joke.

Sadly, the “made in uk in my garage” is not backed up by the buying experience and is misleading advertising. As said in previous reviews, low quality fabric, supposed to be plus size, but no give in fabric and sizing completely inaccurate. Came from China and will be prohibitively expensive to return. So buyer beware and I’d say avoid.

Is Lyla a real person, or a "Betty Crocker?" Website states she "makes everything in her cozy garage," but my dress came from China. Website description says "cotton/linen blend," but dress is 100% polyester. Sizing is MUCH smaller than website states. Return policy is awful - best I can receive is 20% of purchase price, as I am not interested in a "50% off gift card for another purchase." Will not purchase from Lyla again. :(

Ordered a dress that was labeled as Casual Loose Tummy Covering - Dublin dress. Thinking it was polyester and stretchy I ordered it. It is not stretchy nor is it loose fitting! Their website says, "Satisfaction Guaranteed. All items come with a lifetime guarantee. If you for some reason don't love it, return it for a full refund." What they don't tell you is that you'll be sending it back to an international address and you'll be paying to send it back! Once I contacted them about sending it back, they instead offered me a discount on another purchase. I told them no. They again offered me another discount. Again, I said no. Finally they offered me a discounted refund. I paid $49.95 and was only refunded $34.97! I will never do business with this company again!
