Delighted with the new bedroom set I received from this site - very good quality item.The delivery company were excellent - they rang me to ask when would be a good time to deliver and on the delivery day the driver rang again to confirm when he would arrive! all very satisfactory.

Ordered a boys car bed last week for my son as a bithday present and had it delivered today and it was a very good present in deed very happy with the bed excellent design !

We purchased a gossip table from them n it is exactly as they appeared on the web site and were good quality for the price. Delivery was well organised with notice of estimated time . Goods were well packaged and delivery men were pleasant and polite...

I bought a tv unit and side table and it is beautiful. The sales service was excellent, the delivery person even took it out of the cardboard box for me.

We have collected the sideboard from their wembley warehouse few hours ago and managed to assembly it in 20 min! the instructions were very clear and easy, very happy with the product.

If you get what you want at a price that is good, which arrives very quickly even i made mistake with my order ! They had the prdouct i ordered in stock n delivered it superfast...

We went to their warehouse to collect our dining set as it was quite close to where we live,The staff at the warehouse helped us to check the product to make sure everything ok,we bought from them before as well and the manager kindly asked us to leave feedback so we did ..) we are quite positive with the service they have provided , had no problem at all in fact they were very very helpfull .Thanks

Please don't be fooled by the positive reviews listed below I can only assume they are left by the owners of the company or there are a few lucky people. Took an absolute age to deliver (about 4 months). I Ordered the Gloss white TV unit, came in 6 boxes and weighs over 250kg. All boxes perfectly intact on delivery however almost EVERY piece is damaged and scuffed. You cannot email or call the customer service department as there is no phone number !?! I was never offered a refund or a replacement even with their guarantees. You will be lucky to get through on their only number, however when they do answer they will be more than happy to take your money but if you have a problem you have to call the same number which they always promise a callback from this socalled customer service team. After about 30 promises and emails to the sales team no callbacks happen. If you get scammed please call your card company for a refund. I called my bank and they claimed a chargeback using Visa. We did have problems as ideally you need to return the item, however 6 boxes weighing over 250KG and no return address makes things very difficult. Took about 3 months however have now received a full refund and will now take a trip down the scrapyard to dispose of scrap that was left at my house. Please stay away from this dodgy company and use a company that has all positive feedbacks as you will be very sorry when you get caught out.

i went to their warehouse couple of days ago to have a look & check the quailty of furnitures they have on display specially the gossip table, it looked gr8 ,so i bought it there & took it straightaway!very helpfull staff
