I had a very positive shopping experience with Lynda Marconi. I received the dining set before the date I expected it to be delivered and it was in perfect condition.

Goods and delivery exactly as promised at a very good price.

Really pleased I found this site, the furniture is reasonably priced, the delivery is free and very fast and they deliver on weekends within a 3 hour time slot. Much better than a lot of the large furniture stores! Staff are helpful and friendly and I love my new bedroom set.

Coffee table was very good value, kept updated about delivery date and a timed slot (meant not having to wait in all day!).
Good arrived on time and in A1 condition.

When I opened the package there seemed to be an awful lot of parts. However the construction instructions were easy to follow and the various screws and or bits were easy to identify. I'm really happy with my new sideboard.

Poor quality furniture, no communication as owner resides in turkey not in Scotland as website states! Unhelpful through the whole process and once goods were delivered damaged and of poor quality I was told to wait until I could have a replacement with no time frame given and point blank refused to give me a refund of over £1000!!!!! If you use this company you are crazy!!!!

The product was as stated,great quality ,the company communication was good and the delivery very quick I shall be using this. company again.

Very poor experience furniture arrived broken and damaged and trying to get a refund was painful. They were very slow to get back to me.

Never use them again

They currently owe me nearly £1000 and I have bailiffs chasing them - they are quick enough to take your money but not deal with the problems - the fact they will not disclose a proper address and use 'friends mobile phone shop address' etc should be warning enough. Trading Standards are also trying to track them down - be warned !!!
