Excellent communication and service provided by this company and team that was working on my case.

All the staff at Lyons Bowe that we dealt with were excellent, thorough and knowledgeable. Lily Beckett, Anna Kelly and Zoe Spencer were communicative, answering our questions and explaining the process and results of reports. The staff in the office were also very helpful when we needed documents witnessed and signed. We would recommend them if you're buying a house.

Buying and selling a house.

Wouldn't recommend. The only positives are that they were quite cheap, the completion team were quick, and I like the insurance policy payment. Apart from that, rubbish service from Kerryanne, got info wrong in emails so don't have much trust in the legal service provided, didn't answer questions readily, long waits for responses, could never get through on the phone unless I kicked up a fuss, sent direct quotes from my private emails on to the sellers solicitors, etc. If we had had time to pull out and use a different solicitor, we would have.

Although we had some kerfuffle with the on-line interactions to "onboard", support from LB that started slowly improved rapidly and this phase was achieved in a fortnight. (New technology after our last move twenty years ago.)

We used Lyons Bowe Solicitors as part of the Will Aid scheme and they were brilliant. They were really caring and easy to deal with especially with such sensitive matters. Everything was clear and communication was great. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks in particular to Lauren who guided us through the process.

When you live in another country, a trusting relationship with your lawyer is very important. This law firm went above and beyond to settle everything . There were so many obstacles to overcome, which they did diligently. Sharon who I worked with mostly , made me feel relieved that I was in good hands. let's face it nobody likes the fees, but sometimes you do get what you pay for. I would highly recommend this law firm, they are the best!!!.
