I brought a property back in February 2023 which after completion I asked to have my deeds as I hadn't received them. I sent multiple emails as well as over a dozen phone calls to get this matter solved and had NO correspondence back at all. Today I contacted them again explaining my frustration and the receptionist simply sent me my deeds vie email. It Took Lyons bowe 2 years to solve an issue that would have taken 2 mins to solve.
None of my emails were answered at all even after multiple attempts.

I will never use this company again. Really sad

Probably one of the worst experiences of my life, the start of the experience was awful,

The instructions team/Legal team were the most stressful part of our journey with this company. The instructions team took their time and were slow at replying to our emails, they would ask for documents they already had from us.

It even got to a point where our mortgage advisor got involved and said “should we stop referring our clients to Lyons bowe” we were told that this could have all been completed by the end of February but with how slow the team were we didn’t meet this.

The whole experience was awful and we were genuinely getting to a point where they were adding stress that we nearly wanted to just pull out.

Until we were moved to the exchange and completion team where Alex, had actually been calling us quite a lot keeping us updated coming back to us when we had called in and was keeping us informed. That was the only part of the experience that wasn’t stressful when Alex took over and we thank him a lot for that.

He got us completed within a week of us being moved over the exchange and completion team!

I would not ever recommend this company to anyone.

Tietia, Katarina, Maisie, Ben, and all the support staff at Lyons Bowe were exceptionally organized and knowledgeable throughout the home selling process. Each team hand-off was smooth and thorough, ensuring a seamless transition from one stage to the next until the closing. Everyone was personable and communicated with just the right amount of detail, clearly very experienced, and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Their professionalism and dedication made the entire experience excellent, stress-free and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide us through this home purchase journey. Michelle was amazing. She kept me informed throughout the exchange and completion stage of the sale and always responded to my emails and calls. There were a few 'hiccups' along the way but these were dealt with quickly. Would highly recommend this company.

I did not have a clue what selling my house would involve, but I can not stress enough that the team at Lyons Bowe have made it a lot less stress free than

LyonsBowe completed the conveyancing of our deceased estate effectively and efficiently, to achieve the tight timescale before the change to stamp duty. They were professional, helpful and available to guide us on what we needed to provide.

We finally have our LPAs completed, just over one year since starting the process - luckily this was well in advance of expecting to have to use them.
There have been multiple errors along the way; at one stage the LPA forms with a major error were submitted to the Office of the Public Guardian, and nearly signed off.
The only time that we had contact with a qualified solicitor was when we informed them that someone else's personal documents had been misfiled and included in documents posted to us; otherwise it was trainees or legal assistants.

Their method of assigning a specific team member who is easily contactable for each stage of the process has worked perfectly. Each of the individual staff members we have worked with have been an absolute credit ti the company.
