Don’t expect to get paid on time

Don’t expect to get paid on time. Their guarantee that they pay the first business day after a concert is false. They don’t have active customer support personnel so you may get a response 3 days later. I returned tickets months ago and they keep your funds as an interest-fee loan for themselves which is how the generate additional profit for themselves. Would recommend getting tickets through Ticketmaster or working with another 3rd party that pays you then and there.

Excellent Customer Service A+++

Purchased tickets for an upcoming show and didn't receive the confirmation email. Contacted support and they took care of my issue (which was my fault - mistyped email address) and addressed all of the questions that I had. Very happy with the support - Lily was the best! Highly recommended A+++

Most amazing customer service

Most amazing customer service, especially in this day and age, there was an error in purchasing, it was a bit of error on both parts, they technically didn't have to refund but in any case, they were super fast to respond and gave an immediate refund without any further correspondence. I would DEFINATELY recommend, thank you!

Refunded tickets with no problem

I was waitlisted for tickets for Burning Man from four months ago and forgot to cancel the order. I freaked out when a $743 charge came through. After a few emails to them, someone finally replied and canceled my order and refunded the tickets. I had a few days of stress, but it all worked out. Thank you Lyte for refunding.

I needed exchange tickets for the AVP…

I needed exchange tickets for the AVP Manhattan Beach Open and Lily did a great job of canceling and refunding the tickets that were ordered by mistake. I was very relieved and couldn't be happier.
