Excellent customer service and products

I had got caught out with a product having an anti-caking agent in there so called 100% natural electrolytes. I then remembered last time I had bought from LYTES so I contacted them to find out what products do not use anti-caking agents. Got a quick reply back and now I am getting something that will be good to use in Egypt. Thank you for your help.

Such a good company

Such a good company. I order LMNT for my 7 to 21 days water fasts. I order express shipping and I usually receive it in a day or 2 after I order it.

LMNT has been an absolute game changer…

LMNT has been an absolute game changer for me. I train hard with weights and get after it in jiu jitsu, so hydration actually matters—not just “drink more water” and hope for the best.

Since using LMNT, my energy is way more consistent, no mid-session fade, and I recover way better afterwards. No cramps, no headaches, and I don’t feel cooked after long sessions like I used to. It’s one of those things you don’t realise you’re missing until you start using it.

Tastes solid, mixes easy, and actually does what it says. I’ve tried a few electrolyte brands before and this is the only one I’ve stuck with.

5 stars all day.

With the amount of training you’re doing, it makes sense you’d actually feel the difference when your hydration is properly dialled in. That steady energy through sessions and better recovery afterwards is exactly what most people are chasing, especially with something as demanding as jiu jitsu.

And yeah, avoiding the cramps, headaches, and that completely wiped feeling after long sessions is a big win.

Great communication from this company

Great communication from this company. I emailed with a question regarding eletrolytes for my sports mad and fussy daughter, and Sharon responded quickly with a very helpful guide on what to do and her recommendations. I have ordered based on her recommendations and I am interested in their fasting support products for my future fasts. Will be ordering again soon.

Have done a few order through Lytes now and have found them to be quick and easy with prompt and reasonable shipping. I have had no issues whatsoever with them.
