Delivery issue- poor communication!

I decided to make a purchase from this company for the first time because I believed they were a reliable vendor. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
My package never arrived, which was especially upsetting because it was intended for my birthday and I had planned to use it for the occasion. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of communication from customer service. After my original package went missing, I hoped the company would promptly send a replacement or provide a clear resolution. Instead, delays in communication only made the situation worse and left me feeling completely unsupported.
As a first-time customer, I expected the company to take ownership of the issue and make a genuine effort to resolve it. Instead, I felt like I was being sent in circles without any real solution being offered. The entire experience was disappointing, and unfortunately, it has left me with little confidence in ordering from this company again.
I believe customer service is most important when things go wrong, and in this case, the company failed to meet even basic expectations!

I have ordered from this website multiple times in the past have never had an issue with shipping. I ordered on June 4 for three bundles thinking I had plenty of time for my appointment on the 17th. It is now a week later in my order still says processing this is frustrating because I usually order from this website because of the fashion shipping so if it doesn’t get here in time, I will be requesting a full refund. I have contacted multiple people from the team and have not gotten a single message back.Order number 16601819461

Great customer service, informative and easy to reach!

I bought a half of wig human hair. This cannot be human hair. The first day it started to matte up. Wet with conditioner, still tangles badly & refuses to hold the curls, just big knots. Sheds like a stray cat. This is the worst hair I have ever purchased. I will never buy again.

This is my 4th purchase from Isee hair and I am in love with the half wigs.
They are my go to for the summer.
The blend with my natural hair is so perfect my own family forgets this is not my hair!!!

First time ordering from ISEE Hair and I’m extremely disappointed. My package is missing and customer service is practically non existent. I’ve been trying to get answers for over a week and still have no resolution, refund, or replacement. Not the experience I expected from my first order.

The presentation of the wig was very nice. The hair seems soft and durable. I plan to use it on my next vacation.

Good quality natural hair and good length I love it they smells good and the hair is giving high quality ✨👍🏼

I placed my order on May 6, 2026, for two packs of human hair crochet hair and a lace wig. Nearly a month later, I am still waiting for my final pack of crochet hair.
My order was split into multiple deliveries, and I had to personally reach out just to get an update—only to find out the item was out of stock. This information was never communicated upfront. Instead, I received a confusing automated email from “Kate” that did not address my concerns at all.
The wait time is completely unacceptable, and the customer service is even worse. To make matters worse, the color I originally ordered was not available, so I had to settle for an alternative just to receive something after spending $560.
The wig I received is also very disappointing—it looks like a dated, low-quality wig, not what I expected at all. I’m literally still waiting on hair to be delivered for the 3rd delivery
Overall, this has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. This company clearly does not value its customers or their time.
I will NEVER order from this company again. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I’ve had the pleasure of ordering multiple wigs from ISEEHAIR, and each one has been exceptional. The latest wig, a “Highlight 9x6 T-part glued wig,” was particularly impressive. Everyone assumed I had highlighted and straightened my real hair. The hair is incredibly soft, and the wig appears as if it has grown out of my scalp. I absolutely adore this wig and can’t wait to order more! Thank you so much!

Really disappointed with them I’ve ordered over £900 worth of wigs in the last 6 months. Some good, some terrible basically the same as what everyone says the quality is inconsistent. The last wig I ordered was the same wig as one I had previously ordered but this quality was terrible. I emailed after a few days showing the breakage and greys and complained that the quality was significantly worse. They denied responsibility and left it at that. I then emailed a month later as the wig was unusable and then Jessie offered a partial refund. I accepted and told them I had just placed another order and that I would like them to ensure the quality of the latest order they are sending out and now silence. Just like some of the other reviews left the quality is completely inconsistent and when an issue arises the customer service is poor.

The hair company is starting to sound like a scam. I have been reaching out to this company for two weeks and still have not received a response about returning my product. We need to out this non US company out of business.

I am writing this to expose the continuous scam and deceptive trade practices by ISEE Hair [1]. I originally purchased a 22-inch wig with 250% density. Within just one week of use, the hair started tangling severely, matted like a bird's nest, and became completely unusable. When I contacted their customer service, they refused to accept a return or help me.I was forced to file formal complaints against ISEE Hair on platforms like the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Trustpilot to fight for my rights. Only after seeing these public reports did the company finally back down and agree to accept the return of the matted hair their retaliation and bad faith are shocking. As a replacement, they just sent me a product that is completely different from my original order and of significantly lower value. While I paid for a premium 22-inch, 250% density wig, they sent a hair that barely measures 16 inches—even when completely wet—and has an extremely low density (looks like 150% maximum, with completely see-through ends). To cover up this fraud, they intentionally placed this short, thin wig inside a plastic bag labeled "22 inches" to trick me.I am sick and tired of this garbage behavior. I will not be scammed twice. I demand that ISEE Hair immediately sends me a prepaid return shipping label so I can send this wrong product back at their expense, and they must ship the exact high-quality 22-inch, 250% density wig I originally paid for. I am updating all my reports and will warn every consumer on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube about their fraudulent replacement tactics.

When I first started buying their wigs some years ago, they were quite good and the quality was great. As of recently with my last two purchases, I have been very disappointed. First one, the wig looked great and the presentation of it + the gifts were fab but ultimately, it was shedding from the second I removed it from the box and just continued to get worse and worse and is now tangling badly and it has only been about 2 and half months. Their excuse was that apparently I wasn’t hydrating the wig enough even though I’ve been wearing AND moisturising wigs for the last 6 years and have rarely had issues. Now I’ve ordered another one and I had to “remind” them to ship it more than a week after I purchased it even though they claim to have fast dispatch times. Really just not worth it anymore and I’m super disappointed

Ordered a half wig beginning of April I haven’t even worn the wig for 2 months barely a month and i can tell its not going to last. Straight out the box I noticed that the hair sheds ALOT so be warned. It gets dry and matted very quickly at the nape of the neck and needs to be brushed frequently throughout the day. I’ve only had this experience with wigs that have synthetic blends the hair definitely isn’t 100% human as advertised. I have contacted customer service but have yet to receive a response.
