Love this hair it was exactly how I expected it to be, soft, light weight, and the curls are so bouncy and well defined, I will definitely be back for more in the longer length, I got the 16in this time.

The delivery was fast and the packaging was beautiful . Usually other companies just put in a bag and ship as is with some gifts they put in a nice keep safe box and bag as if I purchased from a store. The hair is nice quality and density and I like the skin lace wig looks very natural just wish the skin lace started at the hairline base. Also, the gifts were nice. Will order from this company again

I am absolutely in love with my Yaki Straight wig! I have to admit that i had my worries when i unpacked the wig, because of the HD- lace. I thought it wouldn’t melt with my skin tone and that it would be a tough process to get it to melt. But i can say with confidence that it wasn’t a hard job at all! The wig melted with my skin and everyone thought it was my real hair!

The wig gives a silk press impression and I love that! ISEE HAIR, you did it again! Like i said countless times before, i’ll keep buying from you!

Absolutely no assistance after I spent my hard earned money with your company. I still have not received my package and you have offered no help towards it. I am a single mother who literally cannot afford to spend another $100 and that wig was to attend my daughter's graduation. I am extremely disappointed with how you have chosen to handle this situation and will never buy anything else from you going forward. I will certainly let my family and friends know about your business practices too as well as any other review settings. I spoke to Jessie from the company who has stopped answering my emails.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company.

I placed my order on 07/04/2026, and as of today, 18/05/2026, I still have not received my package, have not received a refund, and have not received a real solution.

The order cost 393 euros and was marked as delivered, but the tracking information shows that it was delivered to the wrong location and signed by another person. I have screenshots proving that the delivery location does not match my address.

Another serious issue is that I was not sent the tracking number after shipment, even though I was told I would receive it. I had to find the tracking information myself through the website. When I checked it, the package had been stuck in Belgium for days without updates.

I contacted DPD directly, and they told me to contact the sender because they would not take further action. I also sent the company the screenshots, tracking information, and the official investigation declaration form they requested.

I even suggested that they try to recover the parcel with DPD and resend the products to me, because I genuinely wanted the items. But until now, there is still no refund, no replacement, no deadline, and no clear solution.

393 euros is not a small amount of money.

After more than a month, this no longer feels like a simple delivery problem. It feels like poor customer support and lack of responsibility.

Very disappointed and looking to get my money back. The hair is chemically processed. That is the smell you’re smelling. When I washed the hair the water was a medium brown color and the smell did remain. I installed it and it was nice for the 1st 2 weeks ( I bought the crochet Burmese curly) then I washed it again. And left it in another week. Week 3 I took it out but I noticed some matting bit figured it was just due to it needing to be refreshed. Deep conditioned it and re installed. By the end of the 1st day of my second install ALL of the hair was matted. As a retired stylist I notice what the type of matting it has means. Overly processed hair and that the cuticles are very open and damaged so the hair is rubbing against each other and sticking due to the damaged cuticles. Now I’ve never put heat in this hair and I used all recommended products in it and this is only week 4 after 3 washed. That means that after they chemically processed it to get the “Burmese” curls they coated it with a silicone, hense why it started off so nice and didn’t tangle and it took a few washes to wash that silicone off to reveal the damage. This hair tangles as soon as it starts to dry. I wouldn’t be able to even wear it. Waste of money and I’m sure they send all the influencers different hair or the influencers have just chosen not to update that the hair was a disappointment to them the following weeks. I would not recommend this hair unless you want something that is good for ONE install or you don’t have a problem buying silicone mix and putting it in the hair before you install again. Because that is the only way this hair will last

I placed my order on March 31st and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I already sent an email asking where my order was, and I was told there is a delay because of the high number of orders. However, I still have not received any update or my package. Very disappointed with the waiting time and communication.

I recently ordered a wig from Isee Hair store for the first time. Upon arrival, the hair started shedding immediately, and it hasn't stopped since. I reported this to customer service, but they dismissed my concerns, claiming the shedding is within 'normal' limits, and are now making it very difficult for me to return the item.

I have since purchased a wig elsewhere and have never experienced this issue before. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the product and the service. I will make sure to advise others against ordering from Isee Hair company

I purchased a wig from ISEE Hair in 2024 and genuinely loved the quality, which is why I returned to the site looking to purchase bundles. My previous experience was positive, and that’s exactly why I continued following the brand.

However, one thing I’ve consistently noticed is the frequent advertising of major “sales” Mother’s Day sales, flash sales, money off everything, etc. without seeing meaningful price differences. In some cases, the prices actually appear higher before or during the promotions.

As a returning customer, that part has been disappointing because it makes the sales feel more like marketing tactics than genuine discounts. I would honestly prefer transparent everyday pricing over constant sale banners that don’t reflect noticeable savings.

I still believe the brand has good products, which is why I’m sharing this feedback respectfully. Long-term customer trust matters just as much as product quality.

I ordered the 18 inch burmese curly crochet human hair miracle knots. The hair is beautiful, and soft. I highly recommend Isee hair. I have been using them for about 10 years. They never disappoint.
