Requesting everyone, please don't order on Netmeds, it's a fraud company, do false commitment just to trap orders. Also a number one customer cheating website in India.

Only in metro city they deliver on time. For other cities they take more than 10days. They dont prioritize that its medicines. Very negligence.

This company never delivers medicine on time. Second time experience. I anyway tried for second time, but still same story. Order placed on 23rd March with target delivery date of 25th. It is important diabetes medicine for a Rehab patient. Till now not reached. No changes to tracking info since 23rd. Calls to customer service provides no resolution, only a sorry.

Discount Fraud, cheating customers !!

On 26.01.23, I received a SMS from Netmeds offering 26% grand sale discount on republic day having coupon code GRAND26. Immediately I ordered medicines, order no.16746717709000195ASO2.

While placing order, I had put the desired coupon code which was validated by Netmeds system confirming "Coupon code applied". I also paid billed amount online on good faith. I did not notice that offered discount was not given. On delivery of the ordered items along with bill, I noticed that discount figure in all items are zero.

Immediately, I contacted customer care of Netmeds and informed for not giving 26% offered discount. I also sent an email to Netmeds requesting to refund the discount proceeds as promised.

Regular follow up through email and telecon done with customer care. They denied discounts on my order.

Being a senior citizen, I did not expect such type of manipulative and deceitful practices from Netmeds.

Requesting the concerned authority to look into the matter and arrange refund of my discount proceeds.

From my bitter experience, I don't recommend Netmeds, it's a fraud company, do false commitment in their website just to trap orders. Don't order on Netmeds.

Fast of all they are not providing invoice. And they delivered damaged product, 2020 manufactured medicine. It's west of time. No more order from them. Request for return, but so many processes. Literally they will wait you for resolv. Pathetic platform for order a medicine from them. Not at all happy. Again I have to buy all medicines after paying 1708/- rupees to them. Hope you will take back all the medicines soon. Otherwise I will go for next step.

Worst customer service.inspite of giving wrong medicine and for replacement as well take year to complete a order after getting back the old medicine.I work as business moto and not life saving business.In healthcare it is very important for life saving instead of making business.Please please i beg you not to buy any medicine from nedmeds

Fraud Company.... Took paid online
Doctor consultation in Jan'23. But Dr did attend me after 2 hours of wait. Then I cancelled my appointment.... But till date I have not recd my refund . Contacted customer care they asked to write a mail... But no response on mail also.

Only delivered partial order and then for past many weeks customer service writes lengthy templated apology emails without actually delivering order.

Chat and emails don't work.
I've given up on them and request you to NOT use them. Its a scam!

Once upen a time i order a medicine but some reason I cancelled but not money refund.. after that I call the customer care and talk to them they refunded my money within 24hrs.

Do not buy any medicine from this site all bloody irresponsible. I have purchased medicine with correct prescription but unnecessary called or consulting me and put an bloody unrelated Doctor name in an invoice for this change of Doctor name in an invoice from 4 day's they didn't do it.

Got Scammed!

Do not buys sensitive medicines from them, they provide very low cheap quality medicines and consumer support is also very very unprofessional. Will never buy medicines from this app.

I am having a terrible experience with Netmeds. My prescription is dated April 2022 which constitutes of my regular BP and Thyroid medication. Netmeds finds the prescription to be outdated. Do they expect a 75 year old to go every month to the doctor and get a fresh prescription for them??
So they schedule a doctors call and that doctor takes 24 hours to make the precious call. Then it’s now 3 days I have not received the medicines.
Today courier guy forgot to pick it up from their office to deliver it! And in the order Netmeds has not sent one of my BP medicine. Their associate called and told me something today which no one could understand. When I called back customer care said give us another 24 to 48 hours!!

They sent me wrong products. Then took it back quite efficiently. But never refunded my money for the med that I never received. There customer service is pathetic..its like they don’t even try to resolve the problem..

Doesn’t deserve a single star even. I am ordering from here every month more than 3 years now and every time I order, there is a order cancel or wrong update on order or Cust care lie about the order progress. I am fed up by calling and hearing same things. Apologies doesn’t solve the issues when u give wrong expectations to customers. It has a pathetic customer service or delivery partners. I have more than thousand stories to tell. I believe net meds don’t care about the complaints or customers. No one is willing to say truth rather guffup stories and apologies.

Such a worst service of netmeds I am facing. I have ordered medicine on 12th sep and today is 20th sep. Still my medicines are not delivered.

First time I ordered medicine from netmeds and that is my last time. Very bad experience.
