Netmeds is utterly useless, dodgy, shady and unreliable

I ordered a few meds on 14th Sept. They split the order in three shipments. Why, when they claim to be fast and omnipresent- even delivering in the middle of nowhere?! Delivered one med on 15th, two injections on 16th Sept. As on date of writing this, I still await for delivery of three meds required for a paralyzed person. The status on login (which i did at least 20 times a day) is static...processing not shipped yet! On calling customer care number twice (btw it was so difficult to get the number itself and chat agent does not come on line), I am given another 24-48 hours and a promise that my complaint has been raised to priority team.. Netmeds is a lying fraudulent company employing itsy bitsy actor to make false promises to gullible public and caring two hoots about the patients. Their 100% cashback scheme itself speaks volumes about their fraudulent nature. Terrible, utterly useless, frustrating, dodgy, shady and evil! This company will(should) fall by the roadside soon if it does not change the essence (of cheating), improve intentions & delivery capability and drop such horrible advert stars.

Worst service and delivery

My order had 3 medicines. Each delivered separately on different days. Its been a week and my last medicine is still not delivered. Who waits for medicines for over a week when you have other apps delivering the same day of order. And at least noone delivers each item separately. I discourage others using this app.

Worst service

Ordered 180 tablets of Axcer 90mg. But I received only 14 tablets. Asked for either to send full medicines or refund. None of them are happened.
It is too much irritating.

My recent orders with netmeds has been…

My recent orders with netmeds has been pathetic. Late deliveries, Order had to be cancelled because it was pending from their end. Their customer care is horrible, Updates on the order are not given even when you call them. Even after providing a prescription, they did not validate it and asked for a fresh one or asked to cancel it.

Bad experience, Late deliveries, No communication

I had a very bad experience with netmeds. The order was delayed and when I wanted to cancel it, I had to call the customer support twice and still the status was not updated. Don't know how long I have to wait for my refund. I do not recommend this app at all. Being in a medical care business, an app should be reliable and trustworthy which clearly this app is not. Poor service, deliveries are not in time, no communication whatsoever. Please do not use this app guys.

Scam company...

Scam company.... in my last order, they delivered wrong medicines, i got 30g cotton instead of 500g i ordered, janumet 50/1000 instead of janumet 50/500 and bunch of other silly mistakes in wrong delivery of medicines

On top of this....its been a month of me following up with their customer service, no reply whatsoever. I returned the medicines and now they are not paying my money back.

They are true scam, never order from these guys

Return my money NETMEDS, or i will take it to court for customer harassment

I had ordered a Himalaya babycare…

I had ordered a Himalaya babycare basket order ID No. 16545053699035244M on 6th June 2022 and next day we have received the parcel but we have received a only Plastic Bowl in this parcel. we have called to delivery boy in just 1-2 minutes after open this packet and he told me that I am a delivery boy I cannot return this packet, please contact to Netmeds and then we call and send mails to Netmeds many times today is 13th July 2022 and we have received a mail from Netmeds that they have sent a same ordered that was mentioned on the invoice.

We have registered a complaint against Netmeds in Consumer Court.

I have suggest to all, please do not place order to Netmeds. It is very poor customercare service and they are not and response on customer request/complaint.

Netmeds False promises

Netmeds, you have been a disaster. I am an NRI and placed an order on 6th which showed that products will reach on 9th. As i was going to leave out of country on 10th, i accepted. Nothing came on 9th. I called you on your customer care number, the executive promised to cancel and didn't cancel.

On 10th, on the way to Airport i called again, explained my situation and i was told order is cancelled. Again a wrong statement. Order wasn't cancelled.

On 11th, the order was attempted to deliver to which my dad refused but your delivery associate was argumentative and asked my dad to keep which he flatly refused. When an order is cancelled why would you send it??

Next the app showed delivered to a refused delivery and i reached the cs team on chat. A lady named anita confirmed its solved and refund initiated. Again a false statement. No email received for this. Next i spoke to a person named Rahul who said they are looking into it and not resolved. How many letdowns guys? Shame on you!

Late deliveries, fake promises!

This was my second time ordering monthly medicines for my dad worth 2600... Medicines take tooo long to get delivered al though the updated date for delivering was much earlier...the delivery patner called and made false promises to get it delivered the next day, which i didn't agree as my updated date was the same day he called but later i agreed thinking he must be stuck somewhere and can come tomorrow but after that there was no update!!!! Only if i were to blame the delivery partners( E-commerce)...but No 1 from the netmeds team informed me or sent any update for my delivery... And when I called them after two days the executive stated "the delivery has failed, would like to re-oder or want a refund"?
I don't understand what kind of customer service this is, after uploading the priscription you should have known how important the medicines are for the person taking it, and has to be regular with it..
This also happened the first time when I had ordered but i dint pay attention to that thinking it's my first time. You guys don't understand the needs of your customers...it's not only about selling medicines it's about making sure your fulfilling the requirements too!
It was a big disappointment from such a platform

I order regularly from Pharmeasy and…

I order regularly from Pharmeasy and Tata 1mg, I tried netmeds for the first time and had a very bad experience. They have a gift basket with a particular image and no further details so when I placed the order , they didnt deliver the basket but the lower product in a box. I tried reaching the customer service but their service is very pathetic, they keep on requesting the same information and its been a week no resolution.

Committed 2 days delivery in 5-6 days

I ordered my medicines twice and had same experience. They committed to deliver in 2 days but delivered in 5 days always. Medicines reached our local office in 2 days and it took 3 days after that for delivery. They don't even give warehouse address when asked so that we can collect our medicines ourself in time. They always deny for address. Pathetic service. Will never order again from netmeds

If you are lucky you will get medicines…

If you are lucky you will get medicines in time, otherwise, you have to contact their support team daily for a refund. They will ask the same question and will get the same answer. Better you have consult with an astrologer before ordering medicines via netmeds.com

My experience with Netmids is pathetic

My experience with Netmids is pathetic. I ordered medicines for my grand father who is cardiac patient and running his life with the medicines. Netmids team doesn't know when medicines will be delivered. Customer support team keep raising for everything and it is of no use. Suggested me to cancel the order. No response from the escalation team.
