Pathetic experience should have negative rating. The service is unreliable. They provide with missing items and do not refund. Please don't buy anything from this application.

Please provide option to give Negative Ratings for Org like Netmeds deserve them the best.
Please never order from Netmeds.
They just took your order and Money but never ever got the order. So called Customer and Nodal officers are impotent to understand the issue and swept it across the carpet showing contempt and shun attitude towards their customers.
Please don't fall prey to their DayLight Robbery Tactics and if at all you come across these impotent customer service team, please log a complaint in Honourable PrimeMinister's portal with details of their robbery and get sorted out. Thanks.

I would have given negative or zero if option is available. Highly unprofessional and poor service. They believe they are delivering furniture which can be accepted any time. No customer service, whenever we ask to transfer the call to senior, they simply refuse.

For Netmeds there should be 0 rating given to them. The worst lot, horrible customer care - just replaying and talking like a tape recorder no use , worst rude un polite delivery guys, medicines will never come on time, they just keep delaying it, they think the public cannot do anything to them,arrogance ..personally I am so happy that huge shopping giants are entering the online pharmacy market.. atleast now these unprofessional netmeds people should learn how to work or just close their shop in a few years...

Horrible experience. I have ordered medicines from netmeds from the past 1 year and have spent more than 30k. Recently a medicine was changed by doctor, so i requested to collect back and refund. And the customer care is telling this is not possible. NEVER USE NETMEDS again

I had just moved some medicines to the cart the total of Which came to Rs.273/- and odd. I didn’t order the medicines since the delivery time was beyond 2 days. I had not given my payment options also. But to my surprise I observe that the above amount of Rs.273/- n some change has been debited in my Credit Card A/c. Netmed is cheating the general public. That have stolen my Credit Card details from my iPhone mobile n drawn the said money. Medicines have not been delivered which was lying in the shopping cart on 19.1.2022.
Netmed reimburse my amount or I will complain to the Consumer Forum.

Had a terrible experience with netmeds.
Their services of unreliable and conduct totally unprofessional.
Ordered medicines for covid patient by paying in full for the complete order.

The order was kept pending for three days for some online doctor consultation

And cancelled the order from their side citing OUT OF STOCK

My family members suffered because of Netmeds.

Worst experience ever in online purchasing is netmeds. Com, commitment are fake, never response to your mails, delivery not on time, imagine a customer had ordered medicine frm netmed to emergency patient and these guys take 15-20day to delivery, and moreover after doing prepaid payment order cancellation is bad idea, as again you need to follow up with the amount you paid for things which u didn't receive on tym..... They don't even bother to inform you abt postponed delivery status unless u don't approach dem rigorously. When I gone through reviews are absolutely so true, exactly same thg is happening with me as well...i wish, I would hv checked it's rating bfr booking my order. My bad, I don't even wanna give single star for this netmeds..... Netmeds guys either improve your services, or better shut dwn ur online biz, due to ur carelessness anyone health can cm into risk.

ordered medicines on 29th September made payment in advance also while placing the order the estimated delivery date was the next day but even after 10 days I still didn't receive my order, despite calling and complaining and writing mails to them more than 20 times they still haven't given me an exact date of delivery their call centre staff are low grade and inadequate as they don't know anything themselves. fraud company my sincere request to all is not to order any medicines on urgent basis.

I contacted customer care before 10 days of delivery. It was showing delivered but not received. Received a mail saying apologies. No action till date. Have the response to prove that I contacted customer care before 10 days.

Poor service! I had ordered meds for my mother. A week later , they cancelled the order and refunded the amt. Precious time got wasted waiting for the delivery. When i called them up, they claimed to have called me. But no such call did come. Assuming they called and couldnt get me on the line, they could have tried again. One call and they cancel. Worst service I ve experienced. Wish I had pharmeasy operating in Kochi. Their service was so good.

I have ordered some medicines in two lots. One order they delivered only a part and rest they are silent. More than 15 days passed away. 2nd order not at all delivering. By tracking, they have shown once the parcel reached vijayawada and again after 4 days they arw showing it is in Hyderabad only. No response from netmeds or their expressbee couriers. Only machine generated standard replies. Even online chat is also useless.they wont respond. Total money i have paid. Be careful with money looters like netmeds and expressbees

DO NOT TRUST NETMEDS. WORST SERVICE BAD CUSTOMER APPROACH. AND MORE OVER YOU WILL RECEIVE WRONG ITEM.

This is the worst app. DO NOT USE Netmeds. they have WORST customer service. I have been facing so much issue with them.

I have a ongoing issue since Nov 2020. I returned medicines on 20th Nov but haven't got my money back. Whenever you will call or write emails, you will response that they are working on it.

Don't use Netmeds. This is my feedback after using their service for more than 2 years. Better try other service providers or go to local shop.

I ordered medicine from netmeds in December 2020 worth Rs3200- I got the medicine with seal already open. When I lodged complain and asked for exchange, they replied that seal open medicine was dispatched but medicine are inside, please keep it. When I got angry after several conversations and lodgement of complain many times, they refunded the amount.

They requested that they apologize and it will never happen again. This was my biggest mistake and I again ordered medicine worth Rs2986-. They again delivered medicine with open seal.
PLEASE REMEMBER THEY ALWAYS DELIVER BAD PRODUCT, THEY ARE NOT GENUINE, THEY ARE FRAUD

Ordered a lab test and paid in advance, but no intimation from netmeds about that, like no message, email or notification. Waited for the lab person to come at the dedicated slot, but no one come to take the blood samples.
Call the customer care for the refund and was told that "your refund will be initiated in 24-48 hours". Still not received the refund after 6 days and no intimation from netmeds side.
Very unprofessional and feeling frustrated & cheated.

Prescription is asked for few very basic level medicines....
Otherwise the best choice so far for medicines...
