Whilst communication was good between Pellpax and myself and the delivery of my BSA Defiant was delivered on time, I was disappointed when i checked the pressure and found it was at zero, after being assured that it would be charged to 150 bars. I am now in the process of monitoring the pressure, which appears to be reducing on a daily basis, by 50 - 100 bars. I feel that this has marred what was otherwise a good experience.

Bought a rifle with the scope advertised extra 50 quid received rifle to find it doesn’t fit explained and told by peles that it isn’t for that rifle you need to buy aftermarket parts quite unhappy at this stage so had to swap rifle in wich I spoke to Tim and asked if I would like sight zeroed in for 9.99 yes pls as it is my first received rifle to find not zeroed in and peles couldn’t be bothered and so took it off the order now I have to pay someone else to do it with a rifle I never really wanted stay clear they will not help you

I ordered a new air rifle last Friday, it arrived after a few days and I collected it today. The service is always excellent with plenty of experience and knowledge regarding the products. A friendly and professional atmosphere and I would recommend them to anyone interested in anything airgun related.

Excellent service from start to finish, recent purchase went very smoothly delivered on time good Crosman product, had minor issue with an accessory but that was sorted instantly with no fuss, highly recommended by me will use again without hesitation.

From purchase to after sales service its been a really good experience. Knowledgeable staff on the phone and by email, and with a convenient in-house courier service too. You get great comms once ordered reference delivery progress, an email and text on the day and a phone call a short while before they deliver. You can track the driver as well and so you know what's happening.

Polite staff and when I had an issue with the gun they came to collect it, to deal with the problem and it was personally delivered back to me a few days later.

When you order they give you an idea as to when its likely to be delivered.

Website is very good and the courier price seems reasonable for a bespoke service. You can get things delivered to an AFD but depends where you live and convenience too.

First time using pellpax and it was beyond my expectations, the overall service is second to none, had a delay with one item out of stock but kept informed all the way through to it being delivered a week later, which is fine nothing to worry about. Looking forward to my next purchase from here in the future. Fantastic 5 star..!!

Purchased a rifle online, got a quick response but my purchase wasn’t available for weeks…the chap on the phone just offered an upgrade and took the time to explain the pro’s of the upgrade offered and was very apologetic and sincere about the whole thing, this is great British customer service at its best
