To be honest, every experience I've had with pellpax has been great. I've purchased several items and when I had an issue with one they where extremely professional and efficient with collection and replacement of the item. I'm glad to be a customer ☺️☺️☺️

Excellent service . Arrived within minutes of their estimated delivery time . Not like waiting for furniture that can’t give you any accurate time and having to wait in all day . Delivery driver works direct for them not a courier and is polite and professional . These guys are spot on with their service all round. Cannot fault it . Absolutely outstanding service,contacted Pellpax on the Monday as I needed to replaced my existing air cylinder the one I wanted was actually out of stock but the nice young lady I spoke to said no problem will be able to order me one and shouldn’t take too long to come ,couldn’t believe it when I received a call Thursday afternoon to say my air cylinder was ready for collection so went up today( Friday) to collect and the young gentleman kindly took it out to my car and put in the boot for me you can’t get better service than that ,big thank you to the staff at Pellpax..

Ordered the S&W Revolver and it stopped working after a week. Paid nearly £20 on the delivery for nothing. The customer service however was good.

Having spent £600 on some items the delivery was good and service for ordering was great. Now the problems. The item bought Umerax SA10 has a removable slide, The slide would not remove having sent the video to Jack and this was the response "Thank you for your response, +I have contacted our suppliers of the sa10 and they have informed us that the field strippable version is not available in the uk and something that is mostly avalibele in America. We apologise for the confusion.

I contacted Umarex direct to check this and there response was it is field strippable after some advise from Umarex direct the slide came off. As per the instructions.

First item using Pellpax. After much searching the internet for a rifle I found one on this site. It was a good price and offered delivery to my door. It was easy from the ordering process over the phone to the delivery. Good communication at all stage of the process. They’ve definitely made another loyal customer.

Pellpax is a very reliable company to buy goods from. If you need to contact them they actually answer the phone. If you email them they reply as soon as. When they deliver there are never any issues. The driver I had today phoned me to let me know he would be early, which was ideal. Overall the best company I have ever dealt with online, no exaggeration.

Where to start, I ordered on February 9th a Compound bow and Remington Express XP and other bits ~ £350.. Order only just came yesterday 25th of February, but, its not what I originally ordered because after waiting 2 weeks I had no communication, decided to call Pellpax, was told the rifle kit which clearly was in stock was stuck in customs.

Wait another week I find out the rifle won't be out till APRIL.. just to clarify I had to substitute the Express XP for a Tyrant .22 kit which are both wood stock but not what I ordered originally. I didn't get compensated for lack of communication, misleading stock or even having to substitute the items.

When the bow came, I find out there should have been 3 metal dummy arrows, only 2 were in there and every piece on the bow had to be reassembled, I believe EK Rex comes 60% assembled from other companies but its a minor inconvenience.

Only gave 3 stars as i'm impressed with the feel of the rifle and bow, but, I did debate canceling the order after nearly 3 weeks of having to be the one to ask Pellpax where my order was up to. I called the office was told by someone that the order will be out on Wednesday, then, they cancelled the out for delivery and changed the date again, by the time I got the stuff I couldn't use them as I had to go on holiday, in between the 10 day guaranteed delivery I booked some archery stuff but had to cancel it as the stuff didn't come on time which was a major annoyance.

I assumed because you're buying the kit for £159.99, that the upgrade price was for spending more to get a kit, therefore, I thought I would get the scope that comes with the kit and the upgrade so I can switch between them, but it seems they just take out the scope that comes with the rifle and just give you the upgrade which quality wise is superior in every way, but, I still thought I would get two scopes not one.

- Guns look better in person than on pictures
- Just call to check stock before ordering as something saying its in stock 9/10 won't be in stock.
- Staff are friendly, I think the website's E-Commerce API is a huge let down

Very impressed. Great website showing a wide range of air rifles and accessories. Competitive prices. Simple ordering process. Pre delivery updates were very welcome. Delivery was spot on time and the guy was polite and friendly. I can't fault them. Would definitely use again.
