This company is a big fraud. I put some money on the account, I earned double the amount, then I could not withdraw anything. They even said they cannot send money to my country in Europe. Don't waste your time and money on the site! This site pocket option must be put down, and they all should be sent to prison!

“I was scammed for $46,000 from my account, and $15,000 from my wife’s account. After we made deposits and earned profits, the support stopped responding, canceled the withdrawals, and froze our accounts. This platform is terrible, fraudulent, and untrustworthy.”

I’ve been trading on Pocket Option for months and have documented repeated execution issues — especially on OTC assets like Natural Gas.

Trades often reverse instantly after entry, even when indicators like RSI and sentiment show clear direction. Entry prices don’t match the live chart, and support admits that trades execute on raw tick data while charts are aggregated separately. That means what you see is not what you get.

I’ve contacted support multiple times. They deflect with technical jargon and ask for endless screenshots and forms, instead of acknowledging the core issue: traders are losing money because the platform’s execution doesn’t match its visuals.

This is not a misunderstanding — it’s a systemic flaw. I’m publishing all their responses publicly so other traders can see how this platform handles real concerns.

I’ve used PocketOption for about 10 months, and over time it’s become clear this platform is built for excitement, not genuine trading. The bright visuals and OTC setup make it look and feel more like a casino than a broker.

It’s either a gigantic spread, a random half-second delay, or breakeven after several demo wins — patterns that don’t inspire confidence in fair trading conditions. Withdrawals also face unexplained delays, and OTC price behavior often seems out of sync with real markets.

Now, speaking on OTC market: you’re essentially trading against an algorithm trained to recognize and counter your trading habits and strategies. That alone makes consistency almost impossible over time.

The company advertises regulation under the “International IBC Regulation Act 2014” from Mwali, but that license reportedly expired around 2 years ago and doesn’t come from a recognized financial authority. Traders deserve to know that before depositing.

For two weeks, I've been trying to verify my account on this platform so I can withdraw the small amount I deposited to see how it works. I read some reviews about them here, and they weren't good. Unfortunately, I have to confirm that their practices are terrible. They do everything they can to avoid returning your money. Furthermore, the person recommending this broker is a tout who profits from this, of course. It's Mr. Andrzej. I think everyone will know who I'm talking about. I still haven't received my money because the payment was canceled, and they demanded clear documentation. I'm already resigned, but maybe that's the point. these complaints i think are fake iv been with pocket option for a wile and i find nothing wrong with the broker, they mite ask for varification and if your going to cry like a baby your just impationt just like crypto wallets doing the same thing making shure its you and not a crook. the demo and live account have the same algo rythms and trading is risky if you dont know how to trade on small time frames, im happy with this broker these others are eather lieng or just hav no experiance is this kind of trading.

I requested for withdrawal and they suspend my account without going against any rule.The trading system is just so poor and frustrating for me. Have been trading with 𝖹inensis Investment for 3 months and i never face withdrawal issue while the returns even exceed my expectation.

Pocket Option is a fraud broker and I have full proof. My name is Mirza Md Ahnaf Tahmid (Account ID: 85961316)
On 13 August 2025, I requested a withdrawal of $500 when my balance still had around $400 left. Instead of processing my withdrawal, they closed my account on 14 August morning. I even have proof from my password recovery email showing the account was already closed by 6 AM.

Later, when I contacted support, they restored my account after 48 hours but my funds were missing. To cover this fraud, they manipulated my trading history and added fake trades between 6 AM–11 AM on 14 August, a time when my account was already closed! I never declined my withdrawal, but their system falsely shows that I did.

When I sent all screenshots and proof to support, instead of fixing it, Pocket Option closed my account again to hide the evidence. Even after 48 hours, they are ignoring my emails.

This is clear proof that Pocket Option steals client funds, falsifies trading history, and blocks accounts when caught. I demand regulators take strict action against them and warn other traders to stay away from this scam.

I deposited 20$ (2X10$) via mobil payment method and the money was not deposited in my account due to their money provider is a scammer. I sent a message to their support team via support ticket and attached the proof of my deposit transactions to their money provider, but They kept stalling on not refunding my money from their liquidity provider.
