Its a manipulative platform. You never win, no matter how your indicators support your decisions. Once you take a position, they take the counter position ensuring you lose woefully on the average. Please run!

Pocket Option’s platform is designed to automatically insert your full account balance into a trade if you mistakenly input an amount higher than your actual balance. This can cause traders to lose everything in a single mistaken click. I begged them for a safety feature. They eventually introduced one — a trade limit setting.

Then one day, without notice, it vanished.

📅 What Happened:
June 11 – I emailed Pocket Option asking why the trade limit feature was removed.

They replied with vague apologies, ignoring the actual question.

June 12 – I confirmed in another email that the feature had returned.

June 23 – I emailed again: "SAFETY FEATURE MISSING". Then again: "I don't feel safe trading without this."

June 24 – They replied with irrelevant instructions on how to use a feature that I just told them is missing.

I sent multiple screenshots and then 3 videos proving:

The safety feature was enabled in settings

But it was inaccessible at the trading interface

The platform was the web version, not mobile

And that the feature returned only after I lost my full balance

I warned them in advance that if a 100% trade occurred, I would demand a refund — and I showed that clearly in Video 3.

💥 The Loss:
On June 24, just 2 hours after my last email warning them the feature was still missing, I lost my entire balance in one mistaken trade — exactly the kind of accident the trade limit feature was meant to prevent.

Pocket Option has refused to acknowledge the problem, ignored my videos, denied the feature ever went missing, and claimed “all trades were executed as per instructions” — but the instruction to trade 100% of my balance was generated by their system, not me.

I don’t know whether the disappearance of the feature was deliberate or a side effect of platform changes. But that’s not the point. Regardless of intent, I reported the issue in advance, provided clear video proof, and was met with denial and dismissal at every step.

They blocked my account when I was making profit. I can't login now and sent them emails every day asking for refund of account balance but no reply. It is scam.

I'm a Brazilian trader and submitted a withdrawal request of R$103 via PIX on June 13th, 2025. The transaction has been stuck in "Processing" status for days, with no real response from the platform.

I’ve submitted multiple support tickets, screenshots, and a full breakdown of the issue. Instead of a solution, I received a robotic response saying it may take up to 14 business days, which is unacceptable for an instant payment method like PIX.

Worse: the response confused this request with a completely different, older ticket, showing a lack of attention or perhaps deliberate delay tactics.

This kind of practice borders on fraud. If the funds are not released in the next 48 hours, I will report this case through ReclameAqui, consumer protection authorities, and other international review boards.

I am having problems with my PocketOption account, user number #92547099.

I made a withdrawal request and it was denied, and my account was blocked without prior warning or justification (Clause 2.9).

I followed all the verification procedures (sending all the requested documents, sending a selfie and proof of residence).

The platform is good to operate on, it has several assets, but it simply blocks the account when customers make a profit. This is theft.

While I was losing, I never had any problems. Deposits are instantaneous, but withdrawals take several days. And they block if there is a profit.

The company's response is not clear, it simply states that it is a final decision but does not provide any justification.

I only have one account and I operate without any kind of help, using my analyses with indicators from the platform itself, I even have videos of myself operating and sent them to the company.

I urgently request that my account be restored and that the scheduled withdrawal be made.

The operator simply takes advantage of the fact that in my country (Brazil) there is no official regulation for binary options, and blocks all accounts when there are profits. There are many reports of this situation on the Internet. This is theft and scam.

I am writing this to share a devastating experience I had with Pocket Option.

I deposited $4,027.15 into my account and began trading honestly and carefully. I managed to grow my balance to $10,120.31 through my own effort and strategy.

However, when I tried to withdraw, my requests were denied due to a pending verification process. I submitted all requested documents and waited.

Then the real shock happened. I opened my account and found that my entire balance was gone, and dozens of trades were executed in my account without my knowledge or consent – all within a very short time.

I never activated auto-trading or copy-trading. I was not even online when these trades were opened. This is extremely suspicious and unfair.

I contacted support multiple times, but I received no response. My account was emptied without explanation.

I am requesting a full investigation and the immediate refund of my funds. This is unacceptable. If the issue is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate the matter to financial authorities and share my full story publicly.
