LOST LUGGAGE NIGHTMARE

My daughter flew with Vueling from Barcelona to Split, Croatia on Wednesday 30 July in the morning. She checked in her luggage and guess what?! It never arrived in Croatia. It still hasn't arrived. Some other passengers did not receive their luggage too. I DO NOT understand how a suitcase that has been checked in with a securely attached label can go missing. My daughter is distraught as her case contains absolutely everything and all she has is the clothes she travelled in. We were told she can purchase essentials are 24 hours from notifying Vueling, so as that was 8:22am 30 July, she could not purchase anything until 8:23am the next day to claim back from Vueling. I have no words! Exceptionally poor customer service, zero care and failing passengers 100%. They cannot even tell us where her case is, if it even made the flight, if it is still in Barcelona, or in Split. The luggage label has a barcode, so how can they not even know where its location is on their tracking system? Do they even have one? Do they even care? If you travel with this airline my strongest advice is NEVER to check in your luggage. If you need to check in luggage pick another airline like BA. I'm praying hard that they do find her luggage but for now it's a 1 star from us only because we cannot apply zero stars. Buck up your ideas and standards Vueling, you are failing customers!

Avoid at all cost!

They cancel your flight in the last minute, offer you a ridiculous time without refunding you the difference in price and get their data in their system so they charge double for luggage.

Vueling is consistently underperformed…

Vueling is consistently underperformed for me: 1 times out of 2 there is a delay. This time by 1h 40min (please note that 90% of other flights departing at similar times are departing with max 30min delay). Appalling - i think that in the future I will switch to non-economy (although this flight costed me 200 pounds booking 3 months before... so where is the economy...).

Avoid it at all costs

When you try to add baggage through Vueling's website or app, it will apply the change to all passengers in the booking!!!!
How can this be legal?

To add baggage for a single passenger, you'll need to contact Vueling's customer service directly by phone. (5 stars here for the customer service).

We have been sat on a plane for nearly…

We have been sat on a plane for nearly two hours and have not moved.
We have been given no information as to why. The crew staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. There has been no customer care or correspondence from the crew regarding the delay.
We have all been given half a cup of lukewarm water an half a kitkat finger but have been given no information as to why we aren’t in the air.

All of my luggage was lost

All of my luggage was lost. We had a direct flight and they changed it to a connecting flight last minute. Then they lost all of our luggage. Our oldest person in our party had medication that was only accessible in the US and we were flying internationally. They are giving us money for anything we buy but them loosing our luggage was 100% their fault. If they kept the flight direct there would be 0 issues.

Worse ever

This airline is the worse ever. Kick out 52 children for the songs in hebrew. Such a antisemitic morrons there are.
Plus, it did the Pilot who trained terrorrists who blown up a trading center in New York.
Never fly with this shity people.

Shame on Spain.

DO NOT FLY WITH VEULING. THEY HAVE LOST OUR LUGGAGE ON OUR FLIGHT FROM PMI TO BCN. THEY FIND IT THE FOLLOWING DAY BUT NOW 6 DAYS LATER THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IT IS AND APPARENTLY THEY DONT KNOW WHO THEY USE TO DELIVER THE SUITCASE!!!! THEY DONT HAVE THE DECENCY TO COMMUNICATE OR FOLLOW THROUGH. TOTAL SHAMBLES.

Someone here is dangerously confused.

So... I think they have an issue with understanding what security means. They hired a flight instructor that trained the 9/11 perpetrators, as a pilot, i.e. they actually let him fly PEOPLE in an airplane, and at the same time they handcuff a young girl and kick her teenage students from a plane for 'security' reasons because they... spoke Hebrew?.......
Someone here is seriously confused.
Let's just say I would not feel safe flying with them.

Airlines: Vueling & Ryanair, booked through MyTrip

This was by far the worst flight experience I’ve had — and it wasn’t even the flight itself, just the nightmare of trying to reschedule it.

Rescheduling was next to impossible. Both airlines, Vueling and Ryanair, pushed the responsibility onto MyTrip, while MyTrip offered zero real support and hid behind canned responses. Every attempt to make a change resulted in either no action, more confusion, or ridiculous extra charges.

I initially paid less than the fee they wanted just to make a simple change — far more expensive than rebooking the entire trip. It’s a complete money trap, with no transparency and terrible customer service from all parties involved. None of the three — the airlines or MyTrip — want to take responsibility or actually help their customer.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid MyTrip, Vueling, and Ryanair if you value your time, money, and sanity. Pay a little more upfront to book with a company that actually helps when things go wrong.

My bag did not arrive on the flight- still waiting for it 75 hours later

My bag did not arrive on the flight. Apparently it arrived on a later flight arriving at barcelona airport at 11pm. The bag was picked up by the courier according apparently in the morning but no contact was made with me regarding when it would be delivered. The next day (so day 2) i received an update that the bag would be delivered at 13-38. I was supposed to be leaving the place was staying at 1pm to go to Barcelona. I wanted until 3 pm and then left for Barcelona. My bag never arrived. I called vueling that evening to tell them my new address but this was not updated on the system. The next morning i was informed my bag would be delivered at 13-34 to the previous address. I called vueling and again gave them my new address. It is now 17-20 on day 3 and the bag has not arrived to the old or new address. There is no contact number or details of the courier company and vueling dont know them either. My new address has not been updated on the system. I have been waiting 75 hours even though they located the bag over 60 hours ago. I am missing so many things but can only apply for compensation for a change of clothes and basic toiletries. Its unbelievably poor. Never ever ever again Vueling.

My 3rd and last ever flight with…

My 3rd and last ever flight with Vueling. Queued for over an hour to check a bag. Then flight delayed to get "all your bags on" (said the Captain). After that delay there were no refreshments served as the crew needed the first hour for their lunch, hiding behind their curtain. I landed 24 hours ago, but my bag was left in Spain and has still not arrived. Never again!

To book in over an hour everyone angry…

To book in over an hour everyone angry they were pulling people from the queue as they were going to miss their flights but we missed due to noise the man supposed to have shouted Rome we didn’t hear niw waited all day 8am to 8 pm we think flight delayed on board it shows flight 20.25 gate will be shown at 21.00 so after flight I have a photo of the screen it’s a joke
