Ordered shirt on May 3rd for my granddaughters birthday on May17. Credit card was charged on May 3rd. I contacted company on May 12, and was told that computer changed East to E on address. Checked website and said order was placed May 10. Still don’t understand what the change from East to E on street address had to do with delay. Company refunded shipping cost. Didn’t want refund , wanted birthday gift. Now it will not arrive until May20 and I have no gift to give her on her birthday. So if you need in a timely manner, do not order from this company

I didn’t expect you to fly it “ in your private jet with a pizza and birthday cake “ . Maybe just send it Priority Mail, instead of refunding shipping. One week is not a few days. Simple fix.

I am over the mOOn with m00nshot! I love Disneyland nostalgia and saw an offer for t-shirts featuring the Tahitian Terrance and the Disneyland Hotel with vintage Monorail design. I knew I had to have them. I bought three shirts but had an issue during the check out process with the internet service and a glitch caused not only a double payment but one of my sizes I did not notice went back to a smaller size. I reached out to m00nshot after 4:30 pm on a Friday and got a response that day! Anthony refunded the second payment and sent a return label for extra shirts. I didn't notice the size problem until after I got all my shirts so I reached out to Anthony again and guess what? I get a response at 10:28 pm saying no problem, add it to the other shirts and he had already placed an order for the correct size! This is great customer service! You don't find service like this anymore. Plus the shirts are comfy and well made. The design was well done and looked just like the picture. I am over the m00n with m00nshot! I will definitely buy from them again when I see Disneyland shirts. Thank you Anthony!

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Amazing customer service. I got a shirt from them and it wasn’t what I was hoping for. I wrote them an email and they fixed it right away no questions asked. Amazing service from these guys and the new shirt kicks butt. I would and will buy from them again in the future.

Shirt is good quality. Shipping is expensive for something so small, and their prices are very high. Also, can’t believe they actually asked for a tip when I’m just ordering a shirt online?

I had ordered two items for Christmas. A tie-up at the post office kept the items from arriving on time for the holiday. When I informed m00nshot of my problem, the customer service pro contacted me immediately. He shipped a complimentary order. Excellent personal service! I will remain a customer.

Awesome shirt, but what I really loved and appreciated was the customer service. When (through no fault of their own) the shirt (a Christmas gift) got delayed in the mail, the support team quickly fired me off another one, and it got here in time! Very happy camper. Thanks.

It was a gift and the guy we bought it for is our Brother in law and he says Deez Nuts anytime he sees a Captain D’s or Nuts or whatever, you get the picture. Anyway, he loved it and it was much better quality shirt than expected and it fit perfect! I love this brand of shirt!! Thanks guys for your sense of humor!!
The shipping didn’t take long and there were no issues whatsoever. Turned out to be a really cool company with cool products!

I originally ordered a size large and I was mistakenly sent a 4XL. I immediately emailed The company and they responded promptly. They sent me The correct size shirt and I received it very quick. The customer service was excellent. The shirt is good quality. Shirt made my son laugh on Christmas morning and that’s exactly what I was going for. I will definitely buy more apparel from this company. I am extremely happy and 100% recommend them.

I've ordered several t-shirts from M00nshot before and have always been satisfied with their products. Only one time my recent order was not up to standards. I contacted their customer service and a replacement was sent out promptly at no cost , plus they gave me a discount on a future order. Very prompt friendly and effective service, great unique products at reasonable prices. Give them a chance to win your business!

UPDATE! M00nshot finally responded. They refunded my money and sent two shirts at no charge as a replacement. While the shirts did not arrive in time for Christmas they did make it right. I have to give them a thank you for correcting this.

My original review was: I believe this company to be a scam. I ordered a "luxury" mens tee shirt and received a tee shirt that was a completely different shirt. The shirt came crumpled up in a USPS bag with nothing else. No packing . No invoice. Their customer service is non responsive.

He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right sizes for my nephew’s gift and made sure everything arrived on time. Extremely responsive and helpful - probably the best customer service experience I’ve had and even provided a discount code. Thank you so much! Absolutely love this company!! T shirts and prints are ultra high quality!! They have some of the coolest, most unique designs anywhere!
