I've been with this company for about three years, and I haven't had any issues with them. I'm always informed well in advance of scheduled maintenance and given step-by-step instructions on how to handle technical changes and billing, among other things.

This company is one of the best hosting firms I've worked with in the Last 10 years. Their 24/7 chat service is exceptional and their people are amazingly knowledgeable.
if you are lucky to meet Christopher or Gregory or any of their guys you are assured of a solution at all costs.

m2host tech support is normally pretty good, but gregory anderson is super a1 at explaining how to fix issues with website back end settings.
