Good saving on the toll and pleasant service from the info station at Norton Canes.
The site is okay but not too easy to use on a mobile. Unfortunately could not sign up to use immediately.

We had an issue of not being able to pay at the gate and it just let us through. When we inquired of how to pay and fix it, I worked with 2 different people who did a great job of finding out the issue and taking care of it for us. Very positive in their interaction with us and helpful and friendly.

Renewing my m6 disabled pass was made really easy .one quick phone call and a pleasant young lady called Ruth was on hand to help and assist me through the process .i can’t thank her enough for her help and understanding in guiding me through .life made easy is what we all need and I can’t thank or praise this young lady enough.once again thanks to Ruth an asset to the company

My Dacia Duster was classified incorrectly at the toll booth. We paid 19.50 instead of 11.60.I am appalled that this error happened on such a major road! I have never, ever, heard of overcharging on a toll road before. In this day and age, people don't even check their payments as they pay by phone...receipts and invoices are not provided. So, how many of these go unnoticed? They are refunding the difference ( I called but also had to send an email) but shame on you M6!

The length of time and the process to get a receipt from the system is pretty much awful saying it takes up to 48 hours this time I had to wait 4 working days previous times it’s been the same amount of days, they should go back to issuing the receipt at the time of paying and with the amount of money the company charges you I’m pretty sure they could afford to go back to it
