I don't understand how I could be over charged by more than £10. Also why did you need my bank card info. Surely my car reg is enough for you to know you had made a mistake. However the issue was sorted quickly.

Depending on the speed I arrive at the toll, pressure of my tires, weight that I carry, I get charged a car one way and a van the other way. Still no further forward. My vehicle is a Toyota Alphard car and is registered as this.

I passed the Tolll in a Hire car. The registration was left on my account which I didn’t realise and somebody else has gone through the toll road since then and it’s charged my bankcard. I did request a refund which was refused which I think is absolutely disgusting as it was not me using the toll road that day. when I pass the toll, Booth said hi CAR I paid for the toll that day I never even added the Hire car Reg to my account.

Misread my vehicle and charged higher price with trailer . Had to fill in forms and then a wait for refund for only the difference . Considering the time a trouble taken with the complaint , I think a full refund would be more appropriate . Download invoice doesn’t work my phone , needed a lap top to access receipt and finally request a copy of the invoice via E Mail
… didn’t work either . All in all a miserable experience. the M6will need to be closed before I consider the M6 Toll again

While the road itself is superb, the classification and pricing of vehicles operate under 'their own system' which is expensive and misleading. My small campervan is classed as a car by the DVLA, yet was classed under 'large MPVs and motorhomes.' When you compare the size of my little van with a motorhome, this is ridiculous. This rendered the cost of using the toll road nearly as much as the petrol for the 180 mile journey. I will not be using it again.

Racist female toll worker was told that I accidentally went onto toll slip road. She ignored me and dealt with me unfairly by Charging me. She had hatred for me. Avoid these cowboys who don't care if you accidentally went onto toll road.

I was not sure if my payment had registered so I sent a message on the. M6 toll website explaining my concern. I was very pleased and impressed how quickly I received a reply and also with the content of the message. The representative explained that my payment had gone through and confirmed that there was nothing I needed to do. It was a full, helpful and very reassuring message and I appreciated the time taken to write it. Excellent customer service.

The network and efficient passing through toll lanes were great, being charged £19 for an £11 car journey .. not so much . Minor faff to reclaim plus a delay due to camera alignment apparently, took some of the fun out of it,

The website you are using is of very poor quality; the customer can't do anything on their own and always needs to go through a phone conversation.
After i been in touch with them, I still have trouble logging in to the account.
