Quite convenient to be able to register and not use a credit card or money at the toll. It was difficult to cancel my registration on line having used the service and needed to seek help and have the administrator do it for me.

Did not realise had to make new account but was advised what to do to sort issue out and it worked! Within ten minutes of uploading document got an email confirming it was all sorted and set up. Excellent service and customer support

The refund for overcharging me has (apparently) been issued, though not yet received. A total lack of genuine apology, nor any explanation, as to how the misclassification of a Peugeot e-208 as a Class 4 vehicle could have happened. As this was my only time of using the M6 Toll, the lack of care and concern doesn't fil me with any confidence that the error wouldn't reoccur - leaving me unlikely to repeat usage of the road if I will have to spend the time going through this process every time. I am only giving two stars rather than one because it was a pleasant experience to enjoy the road - and I had fully expected to do it again - but probably not now

My iPad wouldn't work so texted the toll office they put address in manly and not drop down box it works great so thanks to the staff at m6 Toll pass was working next day 10/10
