Great Company

Buyer called us and said that half of the Fanta Cases are damaged we did not even asked for the proof of Damage we right away agreed to send him the damaged cases with a next day shipping service.
We use double wall boxes with a bubble wrap and a heavy duty pallet shrink wrap just to make sure that the if any soft drink case is damaged in transit it does not damage the other cans as it is a 4 layer protection firstly the Original Packaging by the producer, second is the bubble wrap, thirdly Heavy Duty Shrink Wrap and fourthly double wall Box by a highly reputed UK Company.
We always trust our customer and try to resolve the issue at priority however when the packages are damaged in transit due to the mishandling by the courier company we cannot do much apart from giving a Top Class Customer Service by sending the replacement right away.

Reliable, fast service - wasn't sure about using Maaabs as I tend to use big sites like amazon, but the service was excellent. Placed my order on Thursday and received it Saturday lunctime - excellent.

On more than one occasion, items that have been available to order (in stock) have been out of stock by the time the order gets picked. The company will message you about this but only on WhatsApp, even if you don't use WhatsApp, so you've no idea why your order hasn't been shipped until you call them. Other than that, I really like the low minimum spend requirement.

Ordering was easy. Out of stock for Strawberry Fanta so hopefully they get some in soon.
Delivery was absolutely shocking! Taken 3 days to deliver as the dpd drivers where saying we were not in when we are based on a big indoor market and to deliver to the main office. Had to change dates and time and location because they are lazy.

Mixed bag
I bought cans of pop and chocolate from maaabs and I get the feeling all of these have been stood a while. I bought a 12 pack of cans and the packaging looks slightly eaten by damp although the cans seem fine themselves.
The chocolate has only a month left until the best before which is fine, they're not out of date. I'd just usually expect some kind of notice of the best before being so close.
The saving grace is that the pricing is exceptionally reasonable so I'm willing to overlook the flaws because I have received everything and shipping was quick. I'm not sure I'd purchase again as although I received all my items, I've just had better experiences elsewhere.
