Customer Satisfaction is our Top Priority we have always ensured resolving the customer issues with the order within one working day time.
Customer placed an order with us. Which was dispatched within one working days using DPD Local express service. The order was delivered however the customer contacted us for a single can damaged we gave a response to that message aiming to resolve the issue related with the order within one working day. A replacement as promised was sent through express shipping and as a part of goodwill gesture we also processed a refund for that item. Than we received another email stating that couple of items are missing from the package . We replied to the message with a 100% Trust on our Valued customer and we shipped the missing item as claimed by the customer.
We were approached again by the customer stating that the customer is not happy and want compensation, we processed half of the transaction amount as a refund to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Courier delays, Damage in transit is something that is entirely dependant on the Courier company. However our aim is to resolve the customer order related issue with fast and result oriented customer satisfaction. Always aiming to deliver Best Customer Service Experience
