Appalling
Appalling. I requested an appraisal on an apartment. The report came back with huge errors and missing appendixes which caused a delay in me getting a mortgage.
Avoid using maatwerk. Go to a makelaar and talk directly too them. Maatwerk might seem cheaper but thats because the maakelaar can do bad work and hide behind maatwerk.
