Fantastic waistcoat
I ordered a Thomson tartan waistcoat for my son and thankfully staff initially queried our measurements and it gave us time to take more accurate measurements and the result was a fabulous garment which fits perfectly. The customer service was great
The customer service was great. I’d ordered a late present that needed engraving, then in customer service messaged and asked about the time frame. She said it can take a little time but they’ll try their best. Next thing you know the very next t day it had been shipped and dispatched. Brilliant communication

Order was for a present. I was contacted straight away as soon as they had my order to advise of the timescale incase I needed it in the next few days. I advised I didn't require it until start of December. For me this was outstanding customer service, gift arrived before estimated arrival date, well packaged and looks really good. Highly recommend and will be using again in the future. Thank you.

Visited Glasgow store today with my son to hire a kilt for graduation . Rory took care of us and was amazing . Talked us through all options and was very professional , polite and educated and couldn’t have done more for us . Great friendly atmosphere and made my son feel at ease and comfortable.
