We really didn’t know what to expect considering it was our daughters first photo shoot, but we had an amazing time watching our daughter have her photos with the lovely staff she really did enjoy herself, Thankyou so much to all the staff at mackney x

Entered a competition for a baby of the year which was lovely when I found out I won it was lovely to be asked but then on the day I started to get doubts I thought maybe I would have to pay extra for the prints which I was willing to pay but the prints only come with a package which the cheapest is £500 which for a woman who is on maternity leave is not affordable I have spoken to the lady and she said there work is worth £500 which I completely understandable but I suggested maybe with the competition do a maternity print package for the ladies who enter just to help only a few digital prints of your baby the lady did disagree and I don’t think anything will change but I just wanted to let people know I have said that the £35 booking fee should be paid forward to the next family with a baby as I won’t be getting it refunded which is fine just be aware when entering competitions you will be paying extra a lot extra for any images.

Amazing women, would a 100% recommend and return with second baby. They were very patient with our baby girl to get the perfect images. Couldn’t thank them enough!

Our photoshoot was wonderful. They made managing two children and a bouncy dog easy. Our toddler loved it and they worked magic with our new born.

The experience of having photos professionally done was new to both me and my partner
The atmosphere was so informal allowing us a range of settings and a choice of outfits
When we chose the photos to go in the frames it was so hard to select the best and this included a selection of both colour and black and white

I saw an Instagram ad inviting people to enter for a chance to win a free pet photoshoot. I entered my details and was contacted almost immediately to say I had won.
The photoshoot itself was a great experience. The photographer, Amy, was absolutely lovely, and everyone in the studio was friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do. They showed incredible patience with my dog and honestly, more than I had. They made sure she felt calm and comfortable throughout. They managed to capture some genuinely lovely shots, and you can tell they are true professionals who put a lot of care into their work.
I’ve given 4 stars because although the photoshoot is described as “free,” you do have to pay if you want any prints or digital images. Some of the packages are extremely expensive and comparable to a month’s rent or mortgage which felt quite surprising. The free photoshoot includes a mug and two complimentary key rings with your chosen photo, though these also feature the company’s logo and details on the back.
Overall, my experience was positive and I’m glad I went, but knowing what I know now about the pricing, I wouldn’t do it again.

I was given a gift voucher by work colleagues for my Birthday . The team at Mackney Photography were very friendly and accommodating. I left it to the last minute to book my family session and they were brilliant , allowing a small extension to facilitate the shoot . Communications are excellent. The day of the photo shoot was friendly and relaxed , they even brought an extra member of staff to help entertain and focus my autistic grandson. The photo's were excellent, meaning as in my case, it's hard to stick to the one photo included with a gift voucher. Beautiful family memories made .

The lady who took photos of my two dogs was amazing very patient and calm around my dogs and the photos was amazing cant wait to get the main prints and have on wall

Photographer was so welcoming, makes you feel at ease behind the camera.
On viewing it was a lovely experience that bought us to tears.
Prices were a shock but we couldn’t go without having the pictures we liked.

We had an amazing photoshoot done for our litttle, chubby 3 months old boy. I was a bit nervous at first, as it was mine (or should I say my baby boy) first, professional photoshoot done and we didn’t really know what to do, how to pose. Miss Beth was really good with my baby and had everything taken care of! Lovely staff and I would love to come back for more photoshoots! Amazing experience.

Was not sure what to expect but from the minute we arrived we felt at ease. Our pup had other ideas and would not sit and pose, I was convinced there would not be many to choose from - how wrong we were. The viewing experience was phenomenal, my partner was transfixed and I was very emotional, the pictures far exceeded our expectations, how could we not make a purchase? Yes, they’re not cheap but the quality and the personality captured is priceless. Thank you

It was a fun experience for me and my kids. The photographer was great with my little one. The photos were lovely, unfortunately purchasing them was pricey. Could not even get digital copies for the ones I bought.

We had a brilliant photoshoot with Amy and Ava. From start to finish it was absolutely amazing, very friendly, welcoming and fun. They were both fantastic with our daughter who is nearly 2 and kept her smiling and entertained for the shoot. The photos are amazing, thank you again! ❤️

An amazing photo shoot. Both my 10 and 13 year old loved the experience. Beautiful dresses and a talented photographer. However, after 500+ photos taken, when we came for the viewing they reduced it down to about 35 but missed out some of my favourite photo designs that were taken on the day and they were unable to show these. However, the photos we chose were stunning and we would return for a 4th time.
