Stay away
I am afraid that I cannot recommend this shop and that I would advise potential customers to stay away.
In early August I ordered a replacement battery for a MacBook Pro, but I received a battery for another model. Having emailed immediately to inform Macparts about the error, I was told that the correct battery would be sent. However, that never arrived.
In the weeks thereafter I emailed many times asking for a return label because according to Macparts conditions they cover return postage if a broken or erroneous product is sent. I also asked to be refunded my costs. However, I did not receive any reaction from Macparts on my messages.
I also called numerous times. Only once was the phone picked up and the woman who answered said that I would be called back. That never happened.
To avoid being accused by Macparts that I was holding on to the (erroneous) battery I sent it back but it was returned to me a week later, having not been picked up by Macparts.
Eventually I notified Macparts via email that I formally my purchase and requested reimbursement of my costs. I also informed Macparts that if did not hear back before the reasonable deadline I set (several days) I would report them to the ACM. As Macparts did not even acknowledge my message I then reported Macparts to the ACM.

No delivery yet. Purchase was done 14 days ago. Parcel service stopped updating new delivery dates after five times. The parcel was not delivered to the parcel service. Contact with the Macparts did not lead to results.

Good price for a mac charger
Good price for a mac charger. It got delivered one day too late, a heads up would have been nice, but maybe the it's the fault of PostNL. Futhermore I got the 96 watt charger instead of the 87 watt I ordered. But I guess that's okay.
