Rather slow delivery, but I can live with that. However part of my order were replacement feet for my Macbook Air. The wrong feet were delivered. I contacted the seller about this Nov 1st and he said he would sent the correct feet. Nov 10 I still hadn't received them, so I once again sent a message to which was replied 'we'll check'. Today Nov 17 still nothing received...

Update Jan 28: after some more reminders I finally received the feet

Delivery took a few days but acceptable.

Ordered Macbook Pro Retina 13 inch A1706 / 1708 LCD assembly (mid 2016/2018). The item was branded "Apple" on Macparts website even if it was a copy.
Installation was quite easy (thanks to iFixit tuto) and everything seems to be OK. Quality of colors remains to be checked.
Delivery was a bit painfull: multiple calls/messages to Macparts because no delivery was planned, the item was lost, ... But eventually, it was delivered

Order was changed status to complete after my order was shipped. But, I haven’t got tracking number of parcel. I don’t know where is my order.

The parts are in great conditional.

UPD. After this review, the shop sent me tracking number. Thank you.

The promise of overnight shipment and delivery turned out to be nearly two weeks.

Your software to follow the parcel give the address but when we need to see it on a map, the address is not automatically copy on the search window

I ordered an original speaker for my MacBook but received an inferior piece that costs a fraction of the original. The seller apologised and sent me the right replacement. Still, I needed to spend my time dealing with it, also because the seller has posted the replacement without indicating a vital part of the address which resulted in me dealing with the shipping company and spending more time on that matter.

Fast delivery, goods in order.

I'm from Bulgaria. I have purchased an LCD screen for 27 inch 5K Retina and returned it, because the part couldn't be installed. It took them 4 weeks to ship the LCD, and 10 weeks to proceed with money refund after testing it back. In both occasions I had to write numerous messages in endless WhatsApp conversations. The result was coming only after publishing a negative review. Yesterday - almost 5 months after I have purchased my Mac Part, I received a refund of the money I have paid, minus approx.32 Euro.
So thank you TRUSTPILOT.

Quality was not even remotely what i was expecting, the replacement part should have been in glass and not in plastic while I paid extra for an "original" part

I ordered an imac display 21.5 2017 on 24.09.2021,at the first, they sent a broken one to us, then we return it back, but until now, almost 2 months, we still not get the products, we have send it many emails and calls, the problem still not resolved.

07.12.2021 Now i got the reply from the shop.
i was requested to delete this review, then they refund to me. I think this is not the way, they did not ship the product, they should refund to me immediately, rather than conditional exchange.

Trustfully service i recommend it, it was my first purchase on the site
