Delicious Shakes and Easy Meal Prep!
Before shopping at Marco Foods it was hard to keep up on meal prep with a busy schedule, and stay up in my protein intake. I first started coming to Macro to have some of there very addictively delicious shakes! But got pulled in by the conversation I shared with the workers, I love that it’s one on one so any questions I had about furthering my gym lifestyle they had an answer! Always greeted with a warm smile and eventually after trying every shake on the menu, I tried the meal and shake combo first trying the Marry Me chicken and I was HOOKED! The most delicious meal I’d ever had and started buying meals for meal prep! This saves me so much time am I love how every meal includes macros and so far have never been out of my set meal goals! Very thankful to have a shop near me!

Convenient and delicious!!
Macro Foods’ meals are a life saver when I’m busy with work and school and can’t find time to cook for myself. Their healthy meals genuinely taste better than anything I could’ve made at home and I save so much time that I would’ve spent meal-prepping and grocery shopping.

The woman working was very helpful and kind. She did a great job letting me know when the next shipment would be as there was only one of my items available. Got the special turkey dinner and it’s one of my favourites.
