Mad City Outdoor is a great store to shop from. They ship fast, have great customer service and incredible prices. They stay in touch with you if your item is not in and will let you know it will be delivered.

Cheapest price than anyone else on the exact same belt. They were out of stock and kept communication with me until it came in. It only took days to receive. Quick and easy to order and company cared about me. Would order from them again and I recommend them to everyone.

Recently ordered some rifle mag pouches. Price was very fair compared to what else is available from other companies. Happy with the product/price and quickness of shipping. I'll be ordering some more here soon.

My order took a while to get to me and Amy reached out via email to inform me of the delay which was sooooo timely since I ordered the backpack for my daughter's upcoming school year. When we did receive it it was totally worth waiting. It truly exceeded our expectations. My kid loves her new backpack, all her high school stuff fits in and there is still room left! Plenty of small pockets for small things... Love it!
But the interaction with Amy is really what made it so special. Hurray for small business! Thumbs up!

~ MCO is a very customer-pleasing company (and) they don't forget customer orders either.
~ I ordered a quilted jacket from them (which was a difficult item to obtain) and it was out of stock at the time I placed the order.
~ I immediately received an email from them, to let me know that once the item is back in stock, the order will be processed quickly.
~ the jacket took longer than expected to arrive, no fault of MCO (rather) the supplier, so I wasn't too concerned (as things happen) and I was pleasantly surprised when my package tracker notified me of a shipment being processed and incoming.
~ the order was completed and the item arrived quickly, in the correct size (with no abnormalities noted) in the item, which fit perfectly.
~ the item was packaged properly and tracking was supplied, so I was aware of its location during shipping.
~ to note, the item arrived several days early and ahead of the estimated date of arrival (indicated) on my shipping tracker.
~ I was informed about the status of the order and I appreciated the fact that they took the time to do so.
~ during all this, MCO did an outstanding job in its customer support and I was treated (and) felt like a valued customer.
~ This impressed me as - customer service - is now a long-gone thing to experience nowadays.
~ If given the opportunity to purchase again from MCO, I would without hesitation.

I origionally ordered three items last fall, only one was in stock. That one was shipped and the others placed on backorder. I'm very pleased by the fact that my order never canceled and although a significant amount of time passed it was not forgotten

Great customer service! When I ordered, your website showed the item was in stock. After ordered, I found out it was not. Customer service let me know that right away. After a few weeks I sent a follow up email and received a prompt reply explaining the circumstances where outside of your companies control. Once I received the items, they were exactly as expected.
