Ordered a beanie and it never arrived. Tracking was fake but could not get a refund. Since the seller shows tracking (even if fake), Paypal will not refund your money. Buyer beware. The website in their PayPal account is linked to another website for pets and not Mad City Outdoor Gear.

Only received half of order. Last email correspondence was Jan 2024. Purchase made 28 Nov 2023. Do not order from these people. Not reliable.

Ordered a Snugpak Mountains leaders smock July 1st 2024, they gave me a tracking number etc.. to follow its progress. Turns out this is all bogus, have sent multiple emails requesting the status of my order, now I have emailed them looking for a refund - all my correspondence to date have been ignored. These guys are a fraud outfit, and shouldn’t be allowed post/sell on-line. Avoid these fraudsters…

File a complaint with your Credit Card Company, they'll do a chargeback and you will get a refund.

I think they went out of business?? I can't get a response after numerous emails and now emails are getting rejected. I'm glad they think stiffing a police department is a good idea.

I ordered a pack buckle from Mad City in August 2023. Now 7 months later, still no part has been sent to me. I have sent multiple e-mails inquiring about my order. Each time there is a response stating that the item is backordered, and each time the backordered date is moved further into the future. I do not recommend buying from them.

Ordered 66 bucks worth of duty equipment and yet to receive. Seem it's the same for everyone else of late. Put the word out and phase em out of US market.

I ordered an item back in November of 2023. Since then, the item has not arrived. I have sent multiple emails with no response. The LLC even shut down their website and opened it under a different address. It's now the end of February and I have still not heard from them or received my item. I did some research and the BBB has them in Hong Kong and as not trusted. Buyer beware!

Ordered over 600.00 dollars of equipment mid October 2023, after me reaching out multiple times, and still have no product. I wouldn't order a pair of socks from them. Horrible customer service. In my opinion this is what we call crooks and thieves. They took my money and never produced the product. If you can't produce a product, refund my money.

Company is a complete rip off. Items were never shipped nor can I get a answer or refund.

Ordered in September of 23....was told backorder for 2 weeks its now February of 24 and no email or update or refund

BUYER BEWARE!! Ordered items in November and was charged, however never received items (status shows ETA of 12/29/23). No one is replying about the status of my items now that we are in 2024. Requested my order be cancelled and money refunded...still no response received, no refund received. I have just initiated a fraud case through my credit card company.

Ordered work pants 12/8 paid and confirmed. 12/28 I sent an email to check status of my order and was sent generic email telling me the helpdesk would look into this and to date still don’t have my order, sent several emails with no response. Requested refund still waiting. 18 years of ordering pants and never had this issue. Terrible business ethics.

Literally the worst company ever. Complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will not deliver on time and even if they do you will find half your order missing. Their customer service is complete trash they do not respond.

I placed an order in October 2023 and two weeks later was told it was on backorder. November I emailed them and was told it would be December. The first few weeks of January I've emailed them and now they won't even email me back. Don't order from here if your not willing to lose your money. No such thing as customer service anymore.

I have returned my boots to them over 1 1/2 month. Between that time, I have sent 10 chat text and email them. No RESPONSE! Still waiting! Don’t buy from them!!!!!

I ordered an item on 11/23/23 with a 3-13 day delivery ETA. A few days later on 11/28/23, I recieved an email for Amy stating that my item was on backorder and once it arrived to the store, they would ship it out with tracking info. Their website order status showed it would ship 12/29/23. I have since emailed them multiple times with no response. Their website now shows that ordering is unavailable and the tracking link is expired. At this point, I am assuming that they cheated me out of money.

I placed an order that led me to believe that the items were in stock and would be shipped between 3 and 13 days of confirming the order. I ordered the items on 12-3-23. after the 13 days goes by I send an email asking the status on my order. A few days later an person with the name of Amber replied and stated that my order would not be able to be sent out until 12-29-23. After the 29th goes by I try and contact them again with no response. After sending several emails with no response I am guessing this is not a real company or they were going out business and took everyone's money with them.

Trash! I ordered from them in December of 2023 and never received it.
