Complete scam. Made an order on December 9th and it’s now January 9th. Still have not received my order. No phone number to call that works, no one has responded to the chat I have used twice, nor has anyone responded to the three emails I have sent. They sure took the money out of my account though.

I Ordered pants September 7. I was Charged for the merchandise and then notified me that its on backorder.
The eta Kept changing so i requested them to cancel my order and to refund my money.
Instead, they kept my money and discontinued responding.
After 3 months they still wont respond and they still refuse to refund my money. Mad City Outdoor Gear is fraudalent Website. Their website needs to be removed and Legal action needs to be taken. They shouldn't be allowed to maintain a Website to continue to fraudalently steal peoples money.
Don't be scammed. Stay away. They are thieves.

A company that does not value customers because they are thieves. This is the second time I buy things here... There were also problems with the first order, but I wanted to believe that they could do better, but... Robbing a military man is very ugly. Do not buy here, because you will lose money, time, and mood

Customer service suck ass “no help”
I have not received my package yet and it’s been month and half ago.

No response after ordering and receiving order confirmation exactly 11 days ago. No response to text, calls, emails.. They don't have things in stock and they have to order it in, and I did get an email that said this and that my wait would be 3-13 days for the items to come in stock and to ship, but all of that is too late for my trip, and I ordered a month ahead. Small things, easy items. The no response after many efforts is the thing that sent me over the edge.

Never received item, several months after order. No refund, no reply but I do get daily emails about their specials so I got that going for me

I recently purchased a rucksack from the website, which claimed the item to be in stock at the time of checkout. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by their customer support personnel whom informed me that the item was on back order from the manufacturer. I was given an estimated time window on when the merchandise would come into stock and, when the time passed, I asked for an update - only to be told to wait another 10 days.

I waited the extra time, but the product was still not in stock and thus not shipped to me. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was told it had been done and that I should wait for the funds to find their way back to my account (another 10 business days). I still have not received my refund.

Do not give your business to these people. I'm shocked they were rated so highly at the time on trustpilot (4.6), as I use this website often to screen the online retailers I shop from.

The item was on back order, so it was very slow. Otherwise, it was a positive experience and staff communicated with me.

A great company to do business with. The shipping was delayed due to supply issues which were not the fault of Mad City, but as soon as my stuff arrived at their facility it was promptly shipped!

My order was sent quickly, and it's even correct!

Excellent customer communication. Items are also carefully packaged. I fully intend to return in the future.

Our son put this on his birthday wish list. It was backordered and took a while to receive it, but he was pleased with it and is very eager to try it out when he camps in the colder weather this winter.

great communication, gave tracking. they said they had to order the item from the manufacturer first, so it took awhile for the package to get here. otherwise, everything is great!

The tool is the exact fitment the measurements were very accurate it’s for an MP 600 multi tool the only thing I didn’t catch from the pictures is that the backside snaps away from the belt loop still extremely happy with my purchase we will see in time how it holds up to the rugged abuse & every day use. . hopefully , if it wears out you’ll continue to sell the same pouch I can always sew the snap closure so I can’t lose it off of my belt
