Read the BAD reviews

Ordered took my money then said it's out of stock, 2 weeks later I get WRONG item but correct invoice taped to it...
3 emails unanswered, phone message unanswered, no replies, NO RESPONSE.
Should have read reviews, it's the NORM for this crooked company/ store. NO phone # listed on there website.... should have read reviews first

Responsive customer service and high quality products

The items were back ordered for a while but I received emails informing me throughout the process which is definitely appreciated. Once the items were available they were shipped to me quickly and the items are great. I’m very happy with my purchase and the customer service. I will surely buy from Mad City Outdoors again in the future.

It was exactly as described

It was exactly as described. But, the seller did not contact me and let me know they were on backorder. Only when I contacted the seller via email I found out about the backorder, for that, I gave it three stars.

Great Customer Service

Although the wait for my item was longer than anticipated due to restock delays, the customer service was great! I was happy to wait, but I appreciated the kindness in their email updates. The items were shipped well and worked out great. Thanks!

Order took forever to get here

Order took forever to get here. Customer service was poor. It took forever to get an answer when I asked where the belt was. I eventually got the belt, but would not purchase from you again.

The people are wicked nice

The people are wicked nice. They explain things well if there are issues and do what they can to resolve problems. The simple fact of them putting up with my no bs assessment of a piece of gear I bought is a testament to my perception of them. I at least hope they didn't take everything I said seriously but see my attempts at humor. The thoughts I have on the gear I bought are only about the gear and not anything they did. I didnt like what I bought and I think the posted description of it is deceptive. If I had handled it in person, I wouldn't have bought it. That's one thing out of many and isn't a reasonable assessment of the rest of the stuff they have. I hope the best for their company.

Worst Experience

Orderd Tru- spec cargo pants was told 13 days for shipping . It’s been about 8 months since last contact. No emails no phone calls answered, nothing like they just disappeared. I may just have to make a in person visit ! Would NOT recommend buying from Mad-City Outdoors.

Product was not instock and they asked…

Product was not instock and they asked if when product came in they would send it immediately.. So, I agreed and honestly forgot about the order. A few months later shipping info update from madcityoutdoor.com in my email. Recieved a few days later.
