Although delivery was slower than expected, the clothes were really pretty

I bought a lightweight jacket because British weather likes to change its mind every few hours. It's easy to throw over almost anything without feeling bulky. Exactly the sort of layer I was hoping to find.

This was my first purchase from the store and it definitely won't be my last. The ordering process was simple, communication was clear and the clothes lived up to my expectations from the website.

SCAM don't use this company. They do not refund their clothes are terrible. I ordered summer dresses for work they were see-through. I jumped through their ridiculous hoops to send it back paying tracked, only for them to offer vouchers. I said no a refund several times in reply to their emails. Now they're saying their systems aren't working to do the refund. They take weeks to reply when they do it's a ridiculous response another question to delay. It's been months and still no refund I'm obviously not going to see it again. So warning everyone not to use them. Thieves.

I received an update regularly while waiting for delivery. The packaging was good and the package arrived intact. Unfortunately the quality of the dress was dreadful and I am in process of getting a refund. This is not straight forward. I would not recommend this company.

The clothes themselves were lovely and fit well. Tracking updates were a little slow at first, although once the parcel started moving it arrived without any problems.

The cardigan I ordered is lovely and the quality is better than expected. Delivery took a couple of days longer than I hoped, but everything arrived in perfect condition so I can't complain too much.

Very easy ordering, good pricing & very well made. The material is silk like & washes really well. The sizing is accurate. Good updates on delivery, although my one 'niggle' was the length of time delivery took (almost 2 weeks), although it was free delivery. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

I ordered two dresses, took a bit of time to come, but once arrived I realised why, these dresses are handmade to a very high standard, and quality very good.
Highly recommend, just order in plenty of time of date you need them,you won't be disappointed.
