It's rare that an online order leaves me with absolutely nothing to complain about, but this one genuinely did. The clothes fit well, looked great straight out of the parcel and felt like they were made to be worn regularly rather than just for one season.

I wasn’t sure which size to choose so I followed the measurements on the website. The fit turned out spot on and the blouse sits beautifully around the shoulders. It’s already become one of those pieces I reach for when I don’t know what to wear.

Order arrived much later than expected and was of very poor quality and at least 2 (if not 3!) sizes too big. I immediately emailed their official channel and have now had a string of responses offering 15%, 20% and 25% discount voucher for future items. Each time I have made clear that I do not want a discount voucher, only a returns label and full refund. Still waiting....!

I love finding clothes that don't require much effort to style. The blouse I bought looks polished whether I wear it with denim or tailored trousers. It's quickly become one of my favourites.

The sizing felt much more consistent than other online shops I've used recently. I ordered multiple pieces expecting at least one not to fit, but everything worked out really well.

Terrific website with a great range of clothes. My first experience of buying here and I will be buying again. All so easy to use the website especially for a technophobe like myself.

great quality boots and quick delivery

I picked up a pair of wide leg trousers for work and they've been brilliant. They sit comfortably around the waist without feeling restrictive and still look smart after wearing them all day. Finding trousers that are both flattering and comfortable isn't easy, so I'm really pleased.

The shirt I ordered washes beautifully. I was slightly worried it might lose its shape after the first cycle, but it still looks just as good. Definitely feels like something I'll get plenty of wear from.

Dress arrived several weeks after order the company and customer services are poor. I will probably keep as so difficult to return. Very thin material and see through. I can’t imagine wearing out of the house. Resembles a nightie.

I did try to cancel before it was despatched but my two emails were ignored.

I was then sent an email that stated leave a positive review and Made by Jessica will give a 50% reduction. This is unprofessional and makes reviews untrustworthy.

My advice is avoid and to the company get your act together be honest.

The ordering process was quick and easy online.
Unfotunately I ordered the wrong size whih was a shame as the colour and material of the ladies shorts was lovely. i am going to have to think who would like them as unable to arange return, only 50% refund.

Scam! As other users have stated the story of Jessica going off to have a baby is, utter tosh!! I have lost count of how many emails I have sent, they requested photos and the email provided will not accept the images of the shoddy quality products I received. I was told my previous review would be removed if I didn't respond to made by Jessica sending images. SCAM!!!

The jumpsuit was true to size and picture, colour was perfect. Would definitely recommend.
Only criticism, delivery took a long time and straps didn't cross over at back but actually I preferred them being straight.

I realised this was a scam as soon as my order which was advertised as next day was then changed to 28 days and from Hong Kong not London. I requested cancellation and after many emails of being offered discounts and being told the order was in its way I said it’s not good enough they’d had my money for. 2 weeks no order received and I got a full refund the next day so I can’t give a totally negative review as I didn’t receive any goods and I did get my money back so be persistent

This company is a scam wouldn't encourage anyone to buy from them.Received my dress but didn't fit so asked how to return for a full refund...they try to give me 50%off another purchase or another size at extra cost to me.Have been texting for days to sort this out with no outcome yet.It says easy returns it most definitely is not....will never order anything from this company again.The site with Jessica standing in a boutique in London is a joke.

The quality of the garment was excellent, in particular the finishing, and it looks exactly as advertised and looks great on. It was delivered very quickly and I was able to track it in real time. Really pleased with overall experience and will buy again from Jessica.

Good service but the refund process was not as simple as made out on the website
I ordered a jacket in a large it was too small so I wanted a refund however after a few emails Made by Jessica didn’t seem
To want to refund but what they did do was send me an XL size and told me to keep the L size instead of returning it which did work out but a cash refund was what I wanted but I suppose I did still end up with a jacket that fits me and also one that doesn’t which I am now selling on vinted

Although delivery was slower than expected, the clothes were really pretty
