We have just received my order of an "indestructible" dog toy and the "nook bed", and I am really sorry to say I am quite disappointed. The "roof" of the bed is all floppy and too small, making it impossible for my dog to get in himself unless I hold it up for him, and even then because it doesn't have enough fabric it's too tight. Looking at the picture the "roof" is sewn on from the outskirts of the bed, which is not how the bed actually look, again making it smaller and less useable. And the "indestructible" toy is unfortunately being ripped to pieces as I am sending this...

I sent this to the company and was told I couldn't get a refund, even though I didn't ask for one, when pointing out that I just wanted a recognition for the items that don't live up to what they say, I got the reply "That's great, thank you very much."

Absolutely not as advertised. Utter rubbish. My dog had destroyed it in less then 5 minutes. I emailed the company for a refund to be told "no toy is indestructible & I should have supervised him" therefore I am not entitled to a refund.
If there was a minus star rating I would have used that.
Avoid. Do Not Waste Your Money.

I should have looked closer at the reviews on their website before purchasing. If I did I would not have brought such an inferior product. After reading the reviews now, they even say the website takes down any negative reviews. People are leaving 5* with bad comments, as the only way around this. This is a very inaccuurate rating for this site.

I purchased the toys as my dogs 9th birthday was approaching. Thought these would arrive just in time. However these took weeks to come. When they finally arrived, it took a matter of mintues for my dog to chew holes into the toya and pull out all the filling. No sign of a refund or a replacement from MaedForPaws.

Took 15 mins to rip it apart, took a month and 10 days to arrive from china - cheap tat. Well expensive tat for what it is. Do not buy from this company.

Terrible! The toy was destroyed within a very short time. They sent a free replacement with the original order - niw I know why

Absolute a joke of a company, product is crap and no better than cheap toys from the £1 shop, this company is nothing short of a fraud and only wished I had read these feedbacks before I purchased the item.

I so wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering these chew toys for heavy chewers so now we know why they give you a second one because they just don't last and are definitely not worth the money. After emailing them they refuse to refund, even saying that paypal agree with them, felt like a threat. They then offered me 10 percent off my next order what a joke why would you order anything more for them

I would give 0 stars if I could. Our elderly dog had got through to the stuffing within 45 minutes (probably less, but I was working so didn't see). It certainly isn't "over 5x stronger than any other dog chew toy” as claimed. Customer service is appalling, just copied and pasted emails that didn't answer any points on my email. Don't buy and don't be taken in by the 5 star reviews - they are probably mostly fake reviews as I've seen duplicates on various websites which sell this toy - all websites are pretty much identical apart from the site name.

Zero stars! But no option for that. Wolf toy was received with incomplete stitching. Corporate standard replies talking about my dog destroying the toy and my PayPal cannot be refunded. 1. It was never given to my dog. Stitching loose on receipt. 2. I didnt pay by PayPal. Every reply is a standard reply, as if a robot response. Evdn when I reply and say they have not answered my questions posed, a bog standard reply comes. They've said I demanded a refund that they will not repay. I never asked for a refund, I asked about the stitching! Now being pushed a 10% off future purchases. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

What a joke of a company.
I ordered two of the indestructible dog toys.
Parcel arrived and upon opening I discovered one of the toys was faulty. An unfinished seam and exposed stuffing. I emailed them with pictures of the toy and packaging and initially got a reply stating no toy was 100%chew proof! After explaining again, that the toy arrived like that they apologised and offered me a 10% refund and 10% off future orders. I refused and asked for a 50% refund, as one toy was ok. They have just replied, saying no refund!
Customer service is nonexistent, the goods certainly aren't what they are advertised as, when I finally give the undamaged one to my lab, I reckon it will last 5 minutes. Shoddy goods, shoddy company, and a rip off at the price. Even more so when one arrives unfinished.

Seconding what other reviews here have said. Toy lasted less than 8 hours and they refused a refund or replacement. Very unhappy with this overpriced tat - its pretty much a scam.

Don’t believe what you read! With a boxer and a lab that like to play rough with their toys, I thought I’d found a solution. £24 on Buy One Get One Free - it’s daylight robbery - the items are no better and last no longer than what I can buy at our local cheap shop for a fiver. Delivery isn’t prompt either - I had to chase that up too.
My suggestion is STEER CLEAR

Ordered the Invincipaw toys after seeing an ad on Instagram. I gave my dog the first of them this eve (they send a second as a 'guarantee' of the first one never breaking) - he tore it apart in 10 minutes. Has a squeaker which is a choking hazard. Fluff everywhere. Haven't given him second one as I've contacted the company to ask for a refund.

Our cockapoo destroyed his new apparently indestructible toy in 2 days.

Do not buy these are not what they describe. And they don’t replace if your dog chews them up! As our dog did within 2 hours of receiving.
And their reply was a generic email - not good customer service.

two invincipaw toys lasted roughly an hour!

They are not strong, the toy has literally been shredded by our cocker spaniel, the squeaker has disappeared and the stuffing spread across the lounge!!

Customer service said the toys were fit for purpose and it was down to our dog!

Don’t waste your time or money with this rubbish!!

DO NOT BUY!! I bought a dog's bed for my medium-sized dog. When it arrived it was tiny and very poorly and cheaply made.

I immediately asked for a return address, they replied offering me a discount of 50%, I said no but they still won't send the return address. When I emailed to ask them, they replied by offering me 10% off!

I have asked them for a return address over 10 times, yet they ignore this and continue to offer me discounts.

They are an absolute scam!!!!

Toy didn't last very long at all, despite my dog not being a heavy chewer. Asked for a refund, recieved the standard reply as other reviewers did, saying that they were sure that PayPal could see all their 5* reviews! Funnily enough my 1* review never made it onto their Web page. Waste of money

This company is an absolute scam. Dog toy was ripped to pieces after 2 minutes and I don’t have a big dog! They advertised their toys as strong and for “heavy chewers” but this is definitely fake! £24 down the bin I could have just gone and bought 10 other cheaper toys that would have lasted longer than this piece of rubbish.

lastes one minute before his ear was off. I always supervise and it is no better than a teddy from the charity shop. After 10 minutes, it was fluff out. I contacted customer service who always just send a standard 'have 10% off your next order'. I highly recommend you stay away from this awful company, it's not worth it.
