⛔️⚠️ Did not honour the offer they had on indestructible dog toys with a no quibble exchange or refund guarantee. My 4 year old cockapoo had it less that 5 mins. He’s not a puppy, or a big dog or an aggressive chewer.

Advertised as InvinciPaw™ Animals For Heavy Chewers the toy lasted 7 minutes. Contacted customer support and they said 'Some dogs have particularly aggressive chewing habits, and no toy is entirely indestructible for every dog. We always recommend our customers to choose toys that are appropriate for their dog's specific chewing behavior'. DONT ADVERTISE FOR HEAVY CHEWERS THEN!

Dreadful company to deal with. Wanted a refund for the dog bed that my dog just wouldn’t go near never mind in ! Only refunded me 35% of my cash despite I had the original label which was inside the package and I had proof of purchase

If you email the company you will get an automated response as they do not read anything. They must get hundreds and hundreds of people asking for refunds as their automated response is always refusing a refund, or offering you 50% refund or 20% refund or 10% off next purchase. I have no idea what their automated response would be if you agreed to accept a part refund but I imagine it would be another automated response taking you back to square one. I have been trying to contact them since July and have had no luck. I ordered a 50cm crazy nook dog bed and the one I received was 35cm and there have been many people who have had the same issue. There is no CEO email address to complain to as you would expect with a decent company but this is not a decent company - they are scammers/frausters and I can only suggest that everyone reports them to an online consumer company. I have done this and unless by some miracle the company suddenly develops a conscience and refunds my money in full, hopefully the consumer company will get enough complaints that they shut them down.

Item not as described, says for heavy chewers and Invincible, if ripped will send replacement. My 6 month old puppy destroyed the toy in under 2 mins. Emailed complaint and got standard response. No help what so ever.

To be fair, their indestructible toys lasted a few days, longer than most. I emailed them about getting a replacement, as guaranteed, and got a response saying they were 'unable to accommodate this request' despite asking for no details. Wish I'd read other reviews here- complete con artists

Don’t bother!
Bought 2 indestructible dog toys in mid August.
They eventually arrived today and have been destroyed in an hour by a 5 month old border collie pup.
Emailed them and they won’t accept that it’s missold and won’t honour the replacement guarantee.
Also told me not to bother with PayPal as they’d favour them as they have a great reputation.
Absolute joke and con artists

Avoid this company. Bought two toys in the sale and my dog had chewed the feet and tail in a matter of minutes through to the stuffing. The toys are clearly not as advertised and not for any dog who likes to chew even a little bit. Customer service is dismissive and unhelpful. They do not display any reviews that are less than 5 star in the website. Wish I’d researched further. Claim with PayPal now instigated.

SCAM!!! 'Indestructable' toy is clearly made in China and is anything but durable. It took my dog less than 10 minutes to tear the stuffing out, it's no better than a normal cuddly toy from a supermarket.

Their reviews on their website must be fake. Oh and the fact that their support team has a gmail address should tell you everything.

It took 30 mins for my dog to destroy the toy, don’t believe their claims of it being indestructible. I didn’t think it would be forever but at least expected a week. This is no better quality than a normal child’s cuddly toy.

Make a big deal about being UK based, beyond the website its clearly all Chinese. Constantly violating UK sales laws by having a constant "sale" in reality the sale never goes away despite any timer they display.

If I could give a lower score i would. Do not deal with this Company. I too ordered the large size dog bed which was meant to be 65cms - should have been perfect but it was TINY!!!! I've emailed them continuously and just got the same computer generated response.....10% off any future order - as if I will ever deal with them again!!!

Dog has chewed straight through his “indestructible” toy. Only 5 star reviews make it on to the site which in my opinion is fraud. Item is rubbish,

The “indestructible bear” was destroyed within minutes and after many emails trying to contact the company and numerous automated replies offering me 10% off my next order (which I will never be placing) I was told it was wear and tear!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Bought a bear from this company that claims it lasts forever and is indestructible. My puppy destroyed it in less than a week. When you contact the store regarding their 30day money back guarantee you receive a generic email saying they have reviewed your request and can only offer you a 10% discount on future purchases. They also only publish 5 star reviews on their site and I suspect that the majority of those are fake. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Received a medium sized dog bed that even a cat would find difficult to lie in...not the one I ordered. It was not the best quality and lumpy. I contacted the company as they said 100% refund if not happy but they flatly refused and said I could have 10%discount on future purchases. Why would I want to buy more inferior goods from them? Obviously a fly by night company

Received the wrong size, ordered a 65cm bed and received a 50cm bed. Customer services refuse to refund or exchange despite their website saying they offer a 100% refund if not satisfied. There is no telephone number or address on their website. I believe they are not UK based and are probably fly by nights who regularly change their name and advertise on social media. Please beware!
