No delivery,poor communication
Ordered goods on 5th December as a Christmas gift. I Didn't get a dispatch notification, and I couldn't see a way to chase the seller directly, so I contacted the Made in Cymru team on 11 December to ask when I could expect it and they said they would chase the seller. I didn't hear back. Chased again today (14th December) and have been told it is "in the Royal Mail backlog".
In fairness, the Made in Cymru team have responded quickly to both queries, which is the only reason I have given two stars rather than one, but answering quickly is not the same as good communication - I never received a dispatch email or tracking details, and they haven't specified when it was posted or using which royal mail service. At this point I might not get it in time to give as a gift. Edit: finally received a dispatch notice 14/12, (nine days after placing the order). Apparently it isn't being sent tracked. Not great, especially in the middle of mail strike chaos.
Edit: item finally arrived 20th December
