Personlised Christmas Eve Box with a personal touch.
I had a query regarding the Christmas Eve box I wanted to purchase.This was answered almost immediately on "chat".The box was a bit late in arriving but this was due to pistal strikes not the seller. Very pleased with the purchase for my grand daughter. I really appreciated the bilingual note from the seller thanking me for my order-a lovely personal touch.

Hadnt received parcel emailed and they said it would take 5/7 days then nothing emailed again nearly into 14 day they said it had been sent out Fri it would arrive early next week into tue still nothing I emailed for full refund they did it right away I can’t see from Fri to Tue it got lost in post but never the less got a refund

Unfortunately, parcels do go missing in the post sometimes, I think it would be more accurate to say that Made in Cymru responded to every email within an hour and live chat instantly, and a refund was made within hours after requesting. Communication was excellent throughout.
