NO POSTAL DEPOSIT RETURN
I have used a mail forwarding service at MadeSimple. I have closed my service half year ago, and they still didn't return my postal deposit. I sent three email to them, got an answer fro all three saying we will do it soon, but it's never happened.
This is a JOKE HONESTLY. AVOID THIS SERVICE . IT'S EXPENSIVE AND YOU WILL NOT GONNA GET BACK YOUR DEPOSIT.
Update: the company returned my deposit successfully. Thank you for the business.

Apologies for the delay in getting back the £8.70 refund you requested.
I can confirm that this has now been resolved (via email ticket no.VYR-896-26312).
Unfortunately, there was an issue of the payment going through - it had appeared to have been processed on our side on 21/08/18, but wasn't actioned through Sagepay. I can confirm our admin team put the refund request again for you on 17/10/18 and you confirmed you had received it by 18/10/18.
Apologies again for the delay - we did put the refund in originally but did not know it hadn't gone through.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with further, and we hope you will feel differently about our service.

Simple efficient cost effective service
I used them to form my company. The process was very simple and straightforward. Company formed next day. Certificate of incorporation send by email and printed one also received. Really wanted to keep address of director personal so using their address is helpful. Cost is reasonable. I would recommend them

I've been a customer of the Made Simple…
I've been a customer of the Made Simple Group for over 10 years.
Recently my mail forwarding service ran out and I have been away on holiday.
They applied a late fee for an advanced service and would not waive this when I contacted them.
The "customer service" assistant was rude and unprofessional and I received zero assistance.
After this terrible costly experience I shall be using another company for my mail forwarding.

Operate like a spam! - Registered a private mail service, I never received a single communication in a year - I was not even contacted for any enquire over the phone. They operate only through email. Customer Service is '0' - However, their emails to renew the service came through in a good time manner!
